It's a very good college under Burdwan University.
Placements: You can join TCS and other very big companies after completing your courses. You can be in mathematical analytics and other government jobs.
75% of students got internships from courses in the company, like TCS, etc. Packages offered are 6 lacs to 12 lacs per year.
It's a very great place to prepare yourself for future.
Infrastructure: Hostels are provided with minimum cost. There are three hostels on the college campus: Rokeya hostel, Saraladevi Hostel and Sarnakumari hostel. Hostels are too good and quality food is also good. Lab, Wi-Fi, libraries, etc., are top-notch. Classrooms are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly. They are highly qualified. Their teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are quite hard but if you ready yourself properly, it's easy. Pass percentage is 40%.

The college is good to go.
Placements: Placements are not for all the students of all the departments; mostly, the students of the college crack different examinations to get a job. There are different companies which provide research opportunities to the students who have passed through the microbiology honours.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in all the departments, including our department. Our department also has a library. The college also has another library which is for all the departments’ students. Our department has its own laboratory. There are three laboratories in our department, all for different purposes. There is a lab assistant who assists us in our practicals. Practicals are held frequently in our department.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The teachers are also supportive and help in each and every project and note the student gets stuck on. As microbiology is going to be a boom in the near future, it is a relevant course to get enrolled in.
Other: Microbiology is a vital course because it explores the world of microorganisms, which impact every aspect of life on Earth. It plays a crucial role in understanding health, disease prevention, environmental sustainability, and biotechnology. By studying microbiology, students gain insights into how microbes influence ecosystems, human health, food safety, and industrial processes like pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and bioengineering. The course equips students with knowledge crucial for careers in medicine, research, and industries that rely on microbial applications, making it a cornerstone of biological and health sciences.

I'm not satisfied with the placements
Placements: 10% students were placed in my course. My college doesn't offered any package. Companies for my course Bayer, Syngenta, Novartis, Pfizer come for recruitment. From my college they never approached by any of the above companies, they became assistant professor for colleges and universities provide various opportunities for students to secure their future careers through internships, job fairs, and campus interviews with potential employers.
Infrastructure: My college has 3 floors, every department has AC and fan, every department has its own lab, especially those doing BSc course, and every floor has water purifier. The college has grounds and parking, but the lack of cleanliness in the college is not right. The hostel is good and the food is also okay and the medical facilities are not that good. But college is very good in terms of games and sports.
Faculty: The professors of every department of my college teach very well and they also teach us how to deal with the industry. Moreover, the questions of other semester exams are moderate and the passing percentage of my college is 37.

I am very blessed to have an opportunity of graduating from MUC Women's College.
Placements: I was a student of Mathematics honours and passed out in 2020. We have to pay fees for semesters and exams separately. Our college doesn't provide placements. When we were in our third year, we were informed about some placements, which were not on-campus.
Infrastructure: Our campus is absolutely fine. The infrastructure is very good, and more than sufficient facilities are available for all streams. It has a computer lab for mathematics and also separate labs for every lab-based subject. The classrooms are huge and have mic systems. Our college has a huge library. There is a three-storeyed hostel building with Wi-Fi connectivity. Every year, annual sports, annual social fests and freshers programs are organised. The campus environment is awesome.
Faculty: Our college has very helpful faculty members. Enough number of teachers are available to teach. They are well-qualified and are student-friendly. The quality of teaching is outstanding. The course curriculum is very relevant. They will clear our doubts and problems with no hesitation. The student-teacher relationship is very healthy.

The infrastructure, faculty and environment are good, but the placements are zero.
Placements: Our college does not provide placements. When we were in our third year, we were informed about some placements, which were not on campus. They were held on the university campus. For placements, I would rate the college 0.
Infrastructure: Our course and the college campus are absolutely fine. It has a computer lab for mathematics and also separate labs for every lab-based subject. Our college has a huge library. There is a three-storeyed hostel building with WiFi connectivity. The classrooms are well designed and large. Every year, annual sports, annual social fest and freshers programs are organised. The environment of our college campus is awesome.
Faculty: Our college has very helpful faculty members. They are well-qualified and also student-friendly. Many departmental teachers organise picnics in the winter time. The quality of teaching is outstanding. The course curriculum is very much relevant. The student-teacher relationship is healthy.

The college has satisfying infrastructure.
Placements: Undergraduate courses in general stream did not relate to any placement offers in any company. After the graduation course, many students go for masters in science courses under our eminent Burdwan University. After that, they can get many job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, but there are many problems regarding the laboratories of many subjects. Laboratories are cleaned regularly by the mentors. Many instruments were defective, and many chemicals were not good by quality.
Faculty: Faculty members were really good, and they always tried to make us comfortable with the college and subjects. They always behaved friendly with us, and that's how we used to co-operate and communicate with them easily. They sometimes took doubt clearing classes as well.
Other: The college infrastructure is good, but the vehicle stand can be more better. The most important thing is to change the equipment of laboratories.
