New age of teaching, good skills acquired, absolutely satisfied.
Placements: Placement for the year 2020-21 for the course M.A. in social entrepreneurship is 100 percent, either they have gotten placed or started their own enterprise. 100 percent students go for a full time internship for at least a month as it is part of the curriculum.
Infrastructure: There is a library, computer lab with Wi-Fi, auditorium, conference rooms, Open air theatre and a ground. The quality of food available in canteen is good 4/5. The facilities in the hostel are bed fan, and continuous water supply. The deadline to get back to the hostel is 8 PM.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified and most have their own enterprises. They practice what they teach. These two years enable you to acquire the skills needed to become a social entrepreneur, from problem identification to solution to implementation to revenue. There is a separate incubation centre to boost your ideas. The pass percentage is 50 %. .
Other: I chose this course due to its non-conventional teaching methodology. The best thing about the course is field immersion together with applicable theory also their boot camps are highly effective. Questa is the student council of Department of MASE- various programs are conducted that enable the student to showcase her/his skills and collaborate with various social enterprises.

Our college provides very good library facilities.
Placements: Our seniors told me that the college provides very good placements with good salary packages. Mostly every year, more than 60% of the students get placed from college. We have internships as a part of the course. Staff on the campus is helpful to you in finding the internship in a good company.
Infrastructure: I am from the afternoon shift. The college has a very good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available only for the laptops. The college has very good library facilities, and mostly you can get your needed books from there. Canteen is neat and well-maintained. Overall, the campus gives you a pleasant feel.
Faculty: Staff members in our college are well trained and experienced. Apart from academics, the college also conducts sports and cultural activities. Staff is very friendly, and they clarify your doubts at any time. They mould students well and have field sessions two days a week.
Other: It is a very good college where you can explore more.

College has good placements and quality faculty members.
Placements: The minimum percentage required for placements is above 60%, but it varies depending on the company. A decent percentage is around 70%. The highest salary package was 9 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 4 LPA. Ashok Leyland, Ramco, Cognizant, Yamaha Motors, Royal Enfield, Reliance, and Emphasis are some of the recruiting companies. Internships are mandatory, and everyone receives internship opportunities. Some students also received stipends based on their performance. Students who complete this course can work in the manufacturing sector for employee relations or in the corporate sector in various HR functions.
Infrastructure: Our college has good Wi-Fi facilities and a library with a collection of more than 17,000 books. College also has access to over 6,000 e-journals and 31,3500 e-books. Classrooms are spacious, with good lighting and ventilation. College has a clinic room for sudden emergencies. There is a small canteen, and the quality of hostel food is adjustable. Sports Day is conducted over two days. The first day focuses on indoor games, and the second day is dedicated to outdoor games.
Faculty: We have good-quality faculty members with field experience and extensive knowledge. They introduce topics with real-life case studies for better understanding. The course curriculum is very relevant, covering all aspects of HR, such as OB, labor laws, financial concepts, business management, workplace counseling, HR analytics, employee relations, and more. In each semester, we have one-semester exam worth 100 marks and two internals worth 25 marks each. The approach is flexible, and it is fine to score the best out of the two internals. The pass percentage is more than 55%.
Other: I chose this course because it offers the best placements, and MSSW has a strong reputation for empowering and developing HR professionals for the industry. They conduct many programs where we can network with great HR professionals. Regarding college events, we have an annual cultural program named Dejavu. In addition, we celebrate Onam, Pongal, Dandiya nights, and other programs. We receive strong support from our alumni in securing placements and bringing esteemed guest speakers for lectures. Our campus is small but has a peaceful atmosphere, with a great Wisdom Tree and stone benches around it. We offer several scholarships, such as state government scholarships, post-metric minority welfare scholarships, the Central Sector Scheme, and the Indira Gandhi Postgraduate Scholarship. For extracurricular activities, we have many clubs, including Rotaract, Student Development Council, Eco Club, Theater Club, NSS, French Language Club, Network Resource Center, and Counseling Center.

It has a reputed name for the HRM department and even the college has its own standard.
Placements: 1.85% will be a good % for placements. 2.65000-50000 INR is the maximum package offered. 3. CTS, TCS, RANE etc. are the most reputed organisation and frequent ones. 4. HR, labour law, etc. and even manufacturing is good.
Infrastructure: 1. Library, Wi-Fi, classrooms, conference hall, auditorium are good enough but the canteen is one the worst part of this college. 2. The college is better enough to survive but the sports, culture, the events offered in the college will be more entertaining and knowledgeable.
Faculty: 1. The faculty is good but it is too partial and stressful. 2. I think it will provide good employment in good organisations.
Other: It is a good college.
