College is average; you can try a better one.
Placements: There were 40 students in one class. There were 2 batches in total, so there were 80 students divided into 2 batches. The college didn't offer any kind of placement to the students, so there were no packages mentioned. No one got an internship from the college; we had to go and search off-campus.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available, the classroom was average, the lab was good for nothing, and the hostel was not there. The library was very nice. The canteen and food were good, but the prices were high. Medical facilities were not available for any student, and sports and games were also not available.
Faculty: I am too much into technology. I wanted to enhance my knowledge and explore more. The best thing about my course is you will be surrounded by the machines and engine parts. You will get to know more about cars and how they work. Faculty members should be appointed as per their knowledge about the course. Most important improvement: they should give equal opportunity to every individual, and college life would be fun if they also looked after some activities and fests.
Other: I am too much into technology. I wanted to enhance my knowledge and explore more. The best thing about my course is you will be surrounded by the machines and engine parts. You will get to know more about cars and how they work.

It is a waste of money and time. Don't ever go.
Placements: There were 80-90 students divided into two sections. Division A had 30-40 students, and the rest were in Division B. There were no placements during my time, but I got to know that the college is providing placements now. There were no internships during my time.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not provided to us, which is understandable. Classrooms were good. Labs were not useful. Hostel facilities were not available. Library was good as well. Canteen and food were good, but prices were high. Medical facilities were not available, and sports and games were not provided.
Faculty: Course curriculum was relevant. Faculty members were not effective. Industry readiness was lacking. Semester exams in this college were fair. Pass percentage is around 50-50. Semester exams aren't that difficult if you study well things become quite easy.
Other: I am very interested in technology. I wanted to enhance my knowledge and explore more. Best thing about my course is that you will be surrounded by machines and engine parts. You will get to know more about cars and how they work. Faculty members should be appointed based on their knowledge of the course. This is an important area for improvement. College should also give equal opportunity to every individual. College life would be more enjoyable if they focused on activities and fests.

In this college, students get nothing but only degrees.
Placements: There were placements like job fairs, as such no high-profile companies prefer these types of colleges. But at job fairs, some local companies and agencies give jobs at very low packages. Otherwise, students had to find out the job to themselves. So, do not expect placements from this college.
Infrastructure: This college provides very basic facilities like advanced equipment was not available for practical. As students were the first batch so there was very lacking of every type of facility like equipment for practical, advanced classrooms, and laboratories.
Faculty: In this college, faculty members were lack of high profile. As they give a very low package to faculty members so high profile faculty members do not come. Most of the teachers were B.E and M.E pass out. They were freshers or had very few years of teaching experience.

Not satisfied with the faculty, and the college is good for college life, but not for career.
Placements: You will get placed easily, but the packages are not good at all. The companies that come here are local and ask for a bond. The highest package offered is 7 LPA. There are paid and unpaid internships. Most of the companies are local, but at job fares, some companies like Jio Fibre can appear. You need to find an internship on your own.
Infrastructure: The campus is average and has a ground. Wi-Fi and good PCs are available. A library and canteen are available which have lots of variety in food. The classrooms are big and good, and fans are working fine. I am not in the hostel, but I can say that the food is very good. We can see varieties of foods in the canteen within a good range.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are not qualified to teach you in-depth. They will explain what's written in books. Some courses are good to study, and they are designed by Gujarat Technological University. Exams are very easy to clear. We need to focus on the previous years' papers.

It is a great opportunity to study at this college.
Placements: You will get good opportunities after completing your graduation from this college. Moreover, students are happy to have a good opportunity to study in this college. Even lots of companies offer every student with placements with great salary packages.
Infrastructure: Our college has plenty of amenities such as hi-tech machinery, labs and a calm library for students to get practical knowledge of every theory. Moreover, there is a stately canteen to have lunch afternoon as well as breakfast. The quality of the food served here is great and available at a low price.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are helpful in nature. They help students in every situation where students need guidelines, whether it is related to study or any other things like sports, projects, etc. Every teacher is qualified and has a good knowledge with high experience.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering in this college, and I believe that it is a good course for students who are interested in the machinery field. Lots of activities are arranged here every year, so I suggest you to participate and get novel experience from the events.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of education provided and placements.
Placements: There are 120 students in 2017 batch in this college, and most of them got placed in other fields. The highest salary offered here is Rs. 10,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month. None of the companies visits this college for placements, and guidelines are not provided by our college. On average of 55% of the students got internships from Mahavir Swami college.
Infrastructure: Facilities of Mahavir Swami College include a library, practice room, but they all are not free. The stationery fee is required to pay by students when they go to pay the educational fee. Wi-Fi facility is not available. I didn't stay in the hostel, so I don't know about it, and the food served in it.
Faculty: Teachers here are much qualified, but the education system is very poor in our India, so many students likely prefer to go out of India for education purpose. The course is not good and helpful for students in the future. So education is the same for all over India.
Other: I chose automobile because, in 2011 in Gujarat, 2 to 3 companies started in Gujarat, but they didn't work well and are closed.

I am somewhat satisfied because of the campus and faculty members.
Placements: I am fresher now, so I don't know much about placements. However, a minimum of 60% of our seniors got placed. Until now, many companies like Jio, Tata and L&T are top recruiters. Internships are offered by L&T company for students who have a minimum of 8 CGPA.
Infrastructure: Our college has a huge ground, and the Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus with Jio network. Our college has many laboratories in the building for all departments like an automobile, civil, electrical, computer and mechanical. There are good classrooms with smartboard, and projectors to give seminars. Our college also has a smart library, and it mainly consists of books of all departments.
Faculty: In our department, all faculty members of every subject are well qualified and are masters and PhD holders. But some of them have only a bachelors degree. However, they have good teaching skills and provide a better understanding of students in the smart class. Mostly every student gets the theory knowledge along with practicals.
Other: I chose this course because I have more interest in cars and designing. I wish that I have to improve my communication skills and to be a good presenter with the help of this course. Our college organises many events like techfest, Spandhan, sports and various types of activities, and students from other colleges also participate in them.
