At UG level, the college offers eight programmes in the fields of Arts, Science, Commerce, Management and Computer Application, etc. The admission process for UG programmes begins in May every year. The institute offers three BA specialisations. The programme is of three-year duration, comprising of six semesters. Admission to the programme is done on merit basis. T John College Admission 2021: BSc, GNM, BPharm, DPharm, Pharm D

T John College has a School of Nursing and Pharmacy that offers five distinct UG, diploma and doctoral degree courses in the field of Medical & Health Sciences. Admission to all these programmes is based on aggregate obtained by candidates in previous qualifying degree/ exam. 

Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) is a two-year diploma programme which can be pursued after Class 12 while Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is an approved qualification to be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act of 1948. General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three and a half year programme in the field of Nursing which includes half a year of rotating internship. The institute also offers lateral entry admission to BPharm programme to those candidates who have passed DPharm degree from an institute/ university which is approved by Pharmacy Council of India with a minimum of 50 per cent aggregate (45 per cent for SC/ ST candidates).
