Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College is a good option for a private medical college.
Placements: A total of 100 students are there in the batch and 150 students get admission in the medical field, which is vast. It is assured once we complete the course we will get a package in lakhs per annum. Even students from Punjab, Delhi, and Bengal are studying here. After the internship, they went for NEET PG and some of them have been selected in reputed colleges like IGMS Patna Bihar and AIIMS Patna Bihar. After completing the course, one has to do an internship and then go for NEET PG or be a researcher in their desired field.
Infrastructure: Rooms allotted for girls are well-furnished. Some buildings have attached washrooms but in some buildings, they have common washrooms. Usually, till 3rd year, one has to share rooms with batchmates, but if one wants to take an AC room, they can go for a single room after depositing a certain amount. Mess is good, and it gives both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. It provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. In snack time, it provides tea with bread. It organises badminton, cricket, and chess tournaments each year.
Faculty: Professors here are very good. Most of them are from West Bengal. Professors when asked genuinely help students. Our college runs a hospital which is totally charity based and one can find rush all the time and it gives proper exposure to students. Exams are conducted in a span of 3 months, and the level is considered to be hard.
Other: If students want to go to a private medical college and fear that it will charge more and if students enroll in the course they should get rid of this fear as it doesn't take any internal charges.

The college has good academics. Research work is also extensively done by the UG students.
Placements: I am studying in the 29th batch of MBBS Our seniors are working in the USA, London, and Australia. In the previous batch, 20 students cleared NEET PG along with an internship attempt, and job. Internship duties are hectic and help to gain all clinical knowledge about the medical field.
Infrastructure: Double sharing room and are cleaned by staff every Sunday Mess are good, tasty food with both veg and nonveg options Plates are cleaned after each dinner, breakfast, and lunch and maintain hygiene Milk are used from own dairy farm of college Vegetables are fresh and hygienic. Libraries have AC and all new edition books.
Faculty: Great faculty members here and all are very enthusiastic about teaching, clinical postings, and practical terminals. Examinations are held twice a year. College authorities are good and listen to complaints with focus. They are helpful. Professional examinations are held with proper maintenance and zero cheating.
Other: I am enrolled in an MBBS course and a student of the 29th Batch of MGM MBBS is a passion for me as from childhood I wanted to treat poor patients and improve our healthcare system and take it to a global level. Hostel rooms are very comfortable, double sharing and annual fests occur in January every year. Inter batch cricket tournament occurs every year in December, badminton, and cricket grounds are there. Indoor sports are also there.

Great academics with good environment for study and to learn.
Placements: I am a student of 29th batch of MBBS. In previous batches, 18- 19 students with NEET PG got cleared and many are doing good salary jobs. My batch is of 100 students and they are going for internships in April. Internships are very good in our college as the OPD is above 1000.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are comfortable. Library has good collection of books. Labs are clean and has good equipments. Mess staff and food are good. There is a ground for sports like cricket and football.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and qualified from Bengal. Course curriculum is relevant and makes students future doctors. Terminal exams are conducted twice a year for students. Professional exams are set with proper marks distribution so average students can also pass and marks are 50%. Faculty members here are good and helpful in lectures and clinics. They also counsel students for further studies.
Other: I chose this course for my parents and to serve people. Our college has good academics. Campus is very safe and friendly. Extra curriculum activities are held. Mess staff and food are good.

Satisfied overall. One of the best private colleges in the Northeast.
Placements: It depends on what you want to do just after MBBS. Most of the students prepare for a year for PG. Some of them who apply for a junior resident get the job, mostly with pay ranging from 50k to 120k per month, depending on the hospital. PG selection rate is 4-5 in a batch of 100 on average.
Infrastructure: The college has more than 25 acres of campus and is widespread. It has one of the best infrastructures among medical colleges in Bihar. State-of-the-art facilities in LT. UG hostels are average, however. You don’t get AC, and the mess food is average too. The college is well-maintained, and staff are supportive.
Faculty: It has good hospital occupancy. Daily OPD is more than 2000, the second most in Bihar after PMCH Patna. A few senior teachers are very good at teaching, but most of them are average, and you will have to study on your own. Passing exams is relatively easier here.
Other: Annual events are held, which mostly include a cricket tournament, which is fun to participate in and watch. Farewells, convocations, and other events are held regularly. The area of Kishanganj overall is not urban. We don’t have any cinema halls, like in the 80km area in Siliguri.

Best college with all high-tech facilities.
Placements: Most of them choose NEET PG entrance preparation for post-graduation, whereas a few of them either join in government or private setups as RMOs to gain experience. Alumni of our college are working at very good posts across the country and globe.
Infrastructure: The lecture theatre is high-tech with large-sized LED screens, projectors, fully air-conditioned, and comfortable seating chairs.
The hostel is good and is equipped with a 24-hour electricity facility, washing machines, water coolers, geysers, and a very clean campus.
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and student-friendly. They are very easy to approach for any doubts or queries both within and outside class.
Yes, the curriculum is very much relevant, and the approach of teaching based on clinical conditions is most important, which every teacher follows.
The difficulty level of the semester depends on the student, but our teachers don't leave any stone unturned so that we face problems in the exam, and regular study and practice make it easy to pass all the exams.
Other: Clinical exposure is very good here, and the best thing about my course is that we get immense respect and satisfaction when patients thank us after they are disease-free and live healthy lives. More one-on-one interaction with students is needed, and teachers should use more blackboards instead of PPTs. Yes, our college organizes fests, sports events, and scholarship exams regularly.
