Good faculty and infrastructure, but mixed reviews on management and job security.
Placements: Earlier 100 seats were available for students to take admission in NSMCH, Bihta, Patna, Bihar. Now in year 2025-26 it has been raised by 50 seats, making a total of 150 seats available for students to take admission in MBBS course In MBBS course every student has to complete there 1 year internship. It also provides regular clinical allotment for students so they can gain more experience theoretically and practically. Staff and overall everyone including your seniors are helpful .
Infrastructure: Overall the infrastructure and the Teachers/Staff are top-notch and probably the best you can find in entire state of Bihar. Wi-Fi available across every buildings, classrooms and lecture halls are well-equipped with the latest technology, NSMCH also has a central library probably the biggest library as compared to other medical colleges in Bihar, it is also well-equipped with wife and other technology, students can also go to digital libraries for better learning. Wi-Fi is available across all rooms in hostel, Warden here is very quick and helpful with our needs and requirements. Food in canteen is top-notch and sports facilities available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are qualified from top medical colleges around India. Some of them being AIIMS graduates. Teaching quality is the best. Yes it makes the students industry ready. Semester exams in MBBS are generally hard around all medical colleges and the passing rate last year was 100%.
