Coming to the core department, the number of placements are very less, But the knowledge given over here are good, and there are few opportunities.

A good choice for engineering aspirants in Hyderabad.
Placements: The highest package was 32 LPA. Around 66 companies visited the campus. Around 214 job offers were made. Major recruiters included Cognizant, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini, Amazon, and Tech Mahindra. CSE had the highest number of placements among branches. The placement percentage was 70 to 80 percent.
Infrastructure: There were well-equipped laboratories for all departments. Around 500 LAN-connected computer systems were available. There was high-speed internet and Wi-Fi-enabled campus. There were smart classrooms with projectors and audio-visual teaching aids. There were air-conditioned computer labs and seminar halls.
Faculty: Faculty were considered knowledgeable and supportive. There was good faculty-student interaction in many departments. There were regular assignments, slip tests, mid exams, projects, and mentoring. There were experienced senior professors especially in core subjects. Some students felt teaching methods were traditional.
Other: Technical quizzes, coding competitions, project exhibitions, poster presentations, CAD competitions, circuit design, events, machine assembly contests, technical treasure hunts, robotics and engineering-based competitions were conducted.

Our college is in the centre of the city but the college infrastructure is not up to the mark.
Placements: The college faculty didn't give any information regarding placement and their packages. I have very little information about it. From the previous year our highest package is 32 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, Microsoft, and other companies recruit from our college.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is small compared to other campuses. The equipment is also not up to the mark. There are no hostel facilities for the students. The campus has very small grounds. The library is also very small. Wi-Fi is only available to computers not to students.
Faculty: Faculty is friendly and qualified. The course curriculum is relevant and they also take us on industrial trips. The semester exams are easy when we attend college daily. For me there is no idea about the pass percentage in our college.

College is quite good, and the infrastructure is average. There is ground, but buses will be parked.
Placements: 50% to 70% of students are placed. 3.6 LPA is the lowest package, and 25 LPA is the highest package. Amazon, Samsung R&D, Deloitte, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware Technologies, and Oracle recruit. 40 to 60 or 70% students got internships. Embedded Systems Engineer, IoT Developer, Hardware Design Engineer, and Software Developer roles are offered.
Infrastructure: College provides quite good infrastructure with modern classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a large digital library, and campus-wide Wi-Fi (not for students). Along with academic facilities, it also offers seminar halls, sports amenities, and student support services, creating a balanced environment for both learning and overall development and NCC. There is no hostel in college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified PhD, M.Tech., etc. Some teachers have excellent teaching quality. There are some faculties whose teaching quality is low or average. It provides industry visits and encourages the students, and helps them find an internship. Exams are not too hard, if students prepare well and do hard work for 2 or 3 days, they will pass. The pass percentage is 70% above. Faculty members will try to help students while preparing.
Other: Events are average (no big excitement) here.

Choosing this college is good.
Placements: The highest package is up to 32 LPA. There are very high offers that typically come from larger IT or tech firms. The average package is around 15 LPA (for that year's report). Companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, and IBM have visited the campus. Placements can depend on CGPA, internships, soft skills, and branch. Higher scores and projects often help chances.
Infrastructure: The CSE department has good working systems with internet, projectors, and ventilated classrooms. Labs are equipped with computers and essential software tools for programming and practical work. There is no hostel facility in this college, but there is a common hostel for both Matur Sri Engineering College and MVSR Engineering College for both boys and girls. There are PG hostels near the college.
Faculty: The CSE department is headed by experienced faculty with Ph.D. holders and staff pursuing research. The department has well-qualified teachers and technical staff. They also conduct training programs and workshops with industry partners (like CISCO, Oracle). Faculty explain concepts clearly and support project work and placements.
Other: Around ₹1,00,000 per year for B.E./B.Tech (including CSE). Roughly 4 LPA total tuition over 4 years. Students can also apply for scholarships from the college. This college is good at having regular fests. The faculty in this college are encouraged not only in studies but also in extracurricular activities.

Really good infrastructure.
Placements: According to the placements page of the Mechanical Engineering department, for the academic year 2022-23, the number of students placed was 29, and the highest package offered to that batch was 4 LPA. For batch 2023-24 (still ongoing), there were 14 students selected as of the latest listing.
Infrastructure: MEC reported has smart classrooms and well-equipped labs for all branches, including Mechanical, ECE, etc. Classrooms and labs are generally described as ventilated and in acceptable condition. The college maintains a large library with lots of books, journals (national & international), and access to digital/library portals.
Faculty: Nice curriculum and events, MEC advertises faculty recruitment for Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor according to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) norms. For some departments, i.e. G. Computer Science / ITI, the advertised requirement for Assistant Professor includes at least a Master's (M.Tech in the appropriate branch for engineering/ science with good academic record. MEC as an institution is accredited by relevant agencies INBA, ISO certification, etc. ), which implies certain minimal standards must be maintained for faculty recruitment and quality.
