Compared to other colleges, the placements are decent.
Placements: Roles offered are web developer, devOps, SDE, and blockchain. These are the main roles offered in our college placements. They do mention many companies visiting the college but that is not actually true. The big companies only take a very few selected students, you need to be exceptionally great if you want to get placed.
Infrastructure: Canteen food is decent. But only a single canteen is there at the college. It is always crowded and suffocating. But the food is decent. Classrooms are alright but feel cramped when everyone actually shows up, and some of them could use a bit of renovation for sure. College does not provide any hostel, so you need to stay outside. The area is full of hostels that wouldn't be a problem.
Faculty: Exams are pretty tough. You need to work hard if you want to get a good CGPA. No important questions would be given two mids, and two internals will be there for 40 marks and average of these two is taken into consideration. Semester exams and external are for 60 marks completely you will get 10 points based on your performance.
Other: There are less events and fests.

My college life at Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology.
Placements: The highest package depends on the companies that approach in that year and will change yearly. The number of students placed is around 60 to 70% with different packages. The roles offered by companies are mostly full-stack developers. Mostly web application companies approach.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are average. The college does not provide any Wi-Fi or internet service for students; they only provide a LAN network for conducting exams and practicing exercises. There is no college hostel facility; only private hostels are available near the college.
Faculty: When it comes to teachers, both good and bad teachers are present. Some really help students understand the subject, while others just come and show PPTs. The curriculum is somewhat relevant and aligned with JNTU. It helps students who attend classes daily.
Other: All the courses are the same inside this college, there is mostly no difference between courses. Fests are held in good numbers compared to other EAMCET colleges.

Dissatisfied by the campus life.
Placements: Almost everyone gets placed, whether it is for 3 LPA or 10 LPA, with an average of 7 LPA. Last year, 80% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Accenture, and TCS, with roles like data analyst and software developer offered in my college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that great. There are libraries and labs, but there is no free Wi-Fi, and there are no hostel facilities in our college. The canteen is pretty good, but sports are not much encouraged in our college, and medical facilities are nil. There is a police station beside our campus.
Faculty: The course is pretty difficult, with passing marks at 21/60. This course doesn't make students industry-ready; we obviously need to learn other skills to get a job for ourselves. The curriculum is really old, and we refer to outdated technologies and bare minimum standards.

Strong placements with scope for better infrastructure
Placements: The college offers many placements from 2024 to 2025. Approximately 500 out of 700 students are placed, and the placement rate is 72%. The highest package is 49LPA, and the companies offering are Amazon, Wipro, Google, Infosys, Microsoft, TCS, etc. Over 100 companies came to recruit.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is generally good near the metro station and campus, with LAN, Wi-Fi, and good libraries, one is digital and the other is a normal library. Labs are hygienic and have good systems, and they are working properly with minimal sports.
Faculty: Faculty is described as friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. The curriculum is said to be aligned with industry current trends, and semester exams are generally difficult because of the teaching they must be strict with the pass percentage, reported around 75 to 95%.
Other: Fests are fine, not much better because in this college, there are only 3 fests, but there are co circular activities and hackathons are allowed.

My personal opinion on college.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed in CSE. The highest package depends on the students and companies that come that year, approximately up to a maximum of 40 LPA and a minimum of 3 LPA. Internship opportunities are less. Most of the companies that come to this college are based on web technology or full-stack development.
Infrastructure: There is no college hostel for KMIT. Private hostels are available near it. The infrastructure is comparatively good compared to EAMCET colleges. The college provides local Wi-Fi to write the exam and practice code. The sports club is present only by name.
Faculty: Some teachers are good and have knowledge of what they are teaching, and some just slide through the PPT. Most of the teachers have good knowledge of the subject. The difficulty of the exams is moderate, and the pass percentage is good. The curriculum is relevant to industry trends.
Other: I chose CSE because it is in demand and it is comparatively easy. I want to increase the college service capacity further.

Review of Keshav Memorial Institute of Technology.
Placements: We have the best placements here. Top companies come to our college to offer high-paying salaries to students. Fifty percent of students receive internships. Top companies include Google, Microsoft, and others. The pass percentage is a maximum of 95 percent, and the highest package is around 50 lacs.
Infrastructure: We have a full-stock library with central AC. A digital library is also available for students and faculty. Wi-Fi is available 24/7. The hostel is very nice and very neat. All washrooms are good, and the infrastructure is very nice. Sports and sick rooms are available in our college. The canteen is also nice.
Faculty: We have the best faculty to teach here. Exams for our courses are conducted very strictly, with a pass percentage of about 95. The teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The semesters are challenging, and the papers are prepared by the teachers, who provide a mix of easy and tough questions.
