It is designed to provide theoretical and practical knowledge to students in their preferred specialisations, through lectures, journal clubs, seminars, symposiums and regular postings in hospitals and clinics. To be eligible for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS), affiliated with Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) in Delhi, you must meet the following criteria: 1. Educational Qualifications: Age Requirement: You should be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year. Academic Qualifications: You must have completed your 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects. The minimum aggregate marks required are: General Category: 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology combined. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): 40% in the same subjects. Additional Qualifications: Candidates who have completed a three-year graduation with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology, including practical tests, are also eligible. Similarly, B.Sc. graduates with at least two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology, and who have passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English, are eligible. 2.
