It's a good college for Murshidabad.
Placements: For Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) students, approximately 80% were placed in recent placement drives. The computer center has 450 computers with internet connectivity. I am satisfied with faculty, infrastructure, and placement also.
Placements: Almost 80%-90% of students are placed. The highest package may be 8 LPA, I can't tell for sure, but the average package is 4 LPA-5 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are TCS, Infosys, and IBM. 85%-90% of students got internships from our course. The top roles offered in the course are B.Tech in CSE.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi connection is also good. But I think the books in the library are kind of outdated, except that everything is good. Talking about hostel and mess, I don't live there, so I can't tell about it, but food availability is good and medical facilities are available. There is a field to play in.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and their friendly behaviour and teaching make us learn many things. They are very knowledgeable and well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and teachers make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are mediocre, not so hard, and not so easy. A maximum of 90%-92% of students pass. Every day, teachers take labs and classes.
Other: I want to learn more about computers, data, and coding, so I chose this course. I can learn those things from this course, this is why it's best to also get jobs easily. I think modern and current technologies should also be added to our course. We host many events like freshers, fests, Vishwakarma Puja, Saraswati Puja, Independence Day, tech quizzes, etc.

Insightful and industry-oriented curriculum with scope for modernization.
Placements: Our college provided 80% placement at the job fair. The highest salary package offered ranges from 8 LPA - 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company for our course. The college provided 100% TCS internships. I don't have any idea about the top roles offered in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has 5G Wi-Fi for all students. It is totally free for the students. College also has labs for each department. Our lab has LED screens and many computer systems. Classrooms have many facilities like a microphone system and CCTV. College has good hostel and sports ground.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good for the students. Our college prepares students to be almost ready for the industry level. Our exams are difficult in this college. The passing percentage is almost 90%.
Other: I chose this course for higher education and to get placed in a good company. It is most demanding course. More programming languages should be added.

Faculty members are very good. All teachers are very qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable
Placements: I am currently pursuing my degree. But the recent passing batch about 95-98% students get placement. Don't know the exact package, but the highest package is 7.5 LPA - 8 LPA. The average package is like 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, TCS, HCL, Vodafone, Idea, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college are good. It has good labs, classroom, library, Wi-Fi, etc. Hostel infrastructure is average, though our college has single 2nd floor building (like a house, not like apartments). We have Wi-Fi connection for the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is 10/10. The course curriculum is relevant. College makes the students industry-ready. This college is under MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology) so the exam is taken by the university.

At last I will say this college is not so bad. But there is a shortage of teaching staff.
Placements: Murshidabad college of engineering and technology has five branches namely civil engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering, information technology and electronics engineering courses . In computer science and engineering internships are the best.
Infrastructure: In Murshidabad college of engineering and technology the infrastructure is not very well like Wi-Fi, labs are not very well managed. It has no special classrooms. Hostel and canteen is available, food is not so good and the cost is very higher than the market.
Faculty: In Murshidabad college of engineering and technology the teachers are so helpful but there is a shortage of teaching staff. The semester examination is very hard, the exams are conducted by makaut under CCTV . So the exam is very hard and question patterns are not so good.
Other: I am studying in diploma in civil engineering and I also like the course.

Review of MCET - Murshidabad College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide good placements. About 20% of students got placed in core companies. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. The lowest salary offered is Rs.10,000 per month. The top recruiting company is L&T. Top multinational companies visit our college to recruit students.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good. Our college has a playground, but sports instruments are fewer. The food served in the canteen is expensive. They provide a variety of food items. Our college has a library. Medical facilities are not available in our college.
Faculty: Our department has few teachers. Our teachers are helpful. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not good. Semester exams are conducted very strictly. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a civil engineer. The best thing about this course is that we construct buildings and bridges.
