MGM School of Biomedical Sciences, Navi Mumbai entrance-based admission to all its courses. Further, to be eligible for admission, candidates must fill out the basic eligibility. The basic eligibility for admission to UG courses is to pass Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognised board. Candidates can apply for UG courses if they have 60% aggregate. However, the college allocates the final seat based on the scores obtained in the MGMCET entrance exam and performance in GDPI round.

MGM School of Biomedical Sciences offers full-time undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Biomedical Sciences, known as BSc and MSc. The BSc is a full-time course offered for a duration of 4 years  (3 years + 1 year internship), while the MSc programme is offered for a duration of two years.
