Internships are also not that great and as I was in the third year, I don't know about top roles that will be offered.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2026

Good as infrastructure but very bad for placements.
Placements: I am from the Computer Science and Engineering department. In our college, very few companies came. The highest package is 4 LPA, and the companies are not actual tech companies; they are academic-related companies. Very few students get paid internships, and others do not even get unpaid internships.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the building are okay. Wi-Fi is available, and labs are there with proper equipment. Classrooms are also there, and laboratories are available. There is no hostel inside the college, but there is a girls’ hostel outside the college. The canteen is available, and it is fine. Medical facilities and sports facilities are also there.
Faculty: The syllabus is outdated. The curriculum is not industry-related; it is a very old syllabus. The faculty have enough knowledge of the subjects, but the subjects are not industry-oriented. The semester exams are of medium difficulty, and the pass percentage is average, around 80 or 90 percent.
Other: I chose Computer Science to get a software job, but this college is not enough to get ready for it. Only once in a while, an event will be there for all. There are no clubs in our college.

Great labs and industry-ready course curriculum with strong AI placement prospects.
Placements: The placement rate for my course is around 85–90 percent, with the highest package of 44 LPA, the lowest of 3.5 LPA, and an average between 6.5–8 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, Google, and Microsoft, while 70 percent of students got internships at firms like Oracle and Zomato in roles like AI engineer and SDE.
Infrastructure: In our college there are modern labs with high-end GPUs and campus-wide Wi-Fi support the course. Classrooms are smart-enabled, and the library is well-stocked. Hostels are decent with reliable medical care, varied canteen food, and excellent sports fields and courts for all.
Faculty: The professors are highly qualified and approachable, focusing on making complex AI concepts easier to grasp through practical teaching methods. The curriculum is closely aligned with current industry standards, emphasizing hands-on skills like Python and data modelling that prepare us well for real-world jobs. Semester exams are moderately challenging and require a solid understanding of the subjects, but with a pass percentage of around 85 percent, most students succeed if they stay consistent with their studies.
Other: I chose this course because of the massive potential in AI and the chance to work on future tech. The best parts are the hands-on labs and the fast-paced innovation, though I wish there were more industry-led workshops and less focus on outdated theory. Campus life is vibrant with energetic fests and a diverse crowd, well-connected to the city, and surrounded by great hangout spots. Plus, there are plenty of scholarships and active clubs for sports and tech.

My experiences in college.
Placements: In our college, the ECE batch is getting more attention from the administration and making the college more responsible for this batch. In our college, companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. are top recruiters. Although we study the course in college, we should definitely study or learn extra courses for future development.
Infrastructure: There is only a girls' hostel in our college, not for boys. Boys should stay in private hostels near the college. For girls, it looks like there is good infrastructure, food and facilities in their hostel. About the college, we have fully equipped labs and a library for peaceful studying.
Faculty: We have good teachers. Most of them encourage future development. But one thing is the changing of the curriculum, which is outdated. The exams conducted are somewhat difficult, but with a little effort, we can succeed. All in all, we have up to 60% of the pass percentage, as far as I know.
Other: The best thing is that we have at least one activity, like an industrial visit or workshop, in each semester. We will be having one festival in the whole year, which is conducted for 3 days. The curriculum has to be improved for better performance of students.

The campus life is worth living.
Placements: Almost 80 percent are placed in top MNC companies with good packages, and min average package is about 3 LPA. Very good training in our college from our course side, they really train us for future work in the companies with the professional.
Infrastructure: The facilities are absolutely fine, not just fine, but very good infrastructure. Lab facilities are really wonderful, and the computers are really fast, no issues with them. If there are any issues, they will be solved on time so that we can practice more towards our goal.
Faculty: The faculty are really very good at teaching. They clarify each and every doubt in a very good manner. They are friendly as well as very strict sometimes, they will act accordingly, no doubt in the teaching faculty. Absolutely worthy of joining this college for having this type of faculty.
Other: The fest is only one, but it is worth waiting for, it's really very good.

Good and better satisfied with the faculty, and have no idea about placements.
Placements: In our CSE course, there are 300% or more students in our college. The 10 LPA package is the highest, and below 10 LPA is the lowest offered in our college. Top recruiting companies are Google, Gmail, Amazon, Flipkart, Infosys, etc. The top roles offered in computer science and engineering are artificial intelligence and machine learning, data sciences, etc. The percentage of students who got an internship from the course CSE is unknown.
Infrastructure: There is no proper Wi-Fi, and about labs, there are no proper systems and if the system works keyboard and mouse doesn't work properly. In the library, we get all types of books. In the hostels, there is good food and clean water for other purposes, like domestic, etc. Canteens are neat and clean, and we get all the food from the canteen. Medical facilities are also available. Sports and games are also conducted yearly.
Faculty: The faculty who will be friendly with students that faculty will help in exams on how to pass, and the others will make some students fail in labs, etc. The pass percentage for semester exams is all clear, and there are no backlogs. 20 credits in mids, the pass percentage is 14, and above in semester 21 is the pass percentage.
Other: I’m interested in doing a software job, and starting a company is one dream. Learning many coding skills to develop the skills, to improve this course, we need coding skills, communication skills, and discipline. Events there are only yearly 4 days and no other festivals and events, free of campus crowd, good scholarships are available, no extracurricular activities and free of anti ragging community.

Good for academic purposes, and placement opportunities should be improved.
Placements: Placements are conducted in our college, and many companies such as Google, Wipro, Infosys, Oracle, and other companies visit for placement. I think 60-80 percent placements in the last year. Students who are good at communication as well as coding skills will get placed easily.
Infrastructure: Various facilities such as Wi-Fi, labs, library, and cafeteria are present in our college. Indoor and outdoor sports are conducted and encouraged in our college. Only a girls' hostel is present in our college. The food provided in our college is clean and tasty. The canteen consists of various menus at a reasonable price.
Faculty: Faculty of our college are good and experienced. Some of the faculty are really friendly and loose, and the remaining faculty are strict, and some of them behave rudely towards students. If we focus on the textbook and previous year question papers, we can easily pass and score 90 percent in the semester examinations.
Other: Events and fests are often conducted in our college. Social activities are also conducted in our college. If we get a seat in this college by writing a competitive exam, we can get a scholarship. Night events are not conducted in our college.
