The applications can be submitted in online and offline modes. The instructions to apply are as follows:

Counselling Process
Students with a valid JEE- NCHMCT exam score are required to participate in the subsequent NCHMCT counselling process. Registered candidates are ranked based on marks in the aforementioned examination. Further, this rank list is used to allocate the seats.
Reporting to Institute
After the end of all counselling rounds, selected candidates must report to the allocated institute. The final admission is subject to verification of student documents. The institute reserves the right to cancel the admission if any discrepancy is found between the original and submitted copies.
Fee Payment
In this last step, students are required to pay a one-time fee deposit of INR 44,250 (INR 43,250 + INR 1,000) to secure their admission.
