Review of New Delhi YMCA, Institute for Office Management.
Placements: As our batch was completed online in the passing year 2021 due to Covid 19. Still, many students who enrolled in the different programs from YMCA tried to get placed in companies. Luckily many got placed as well in well-reputed companies and are using their skills wisely. Especially, their detailed notes and interactive classes make it easy to remember things for students.
Infrastructure: It is one of the best spotless premises ever seen. Made for every kind of crowd to get diluted into, and greenery making it cherry on the cake for peace lovers. The environment can easily win the heart of anyone and interactive classrooms and space for extracurricular activities give an extra hand to raise the bar for YMCA.
Faculty: We have the best teachers giving their handful & meticulated experience and knowledge to students out there to update them with new kinds of learning. Students get a lifetime learning experience and a clear idea of what is being taught. for the one who thinks he/she can be ready to learn management things must have experience here.
Other: The institute is good to go with every kind of crowd and every kind of personality can find a place there. Anyone can fall in love with the outgo of the campus.

Campus facilities, teaching, and non-teaching staff members are great and helpful.
Placements: The placement team has not contacted me yet, so I am still waiting for the call or message from their end. I hope to get the assistance as soon as possible. I suggest you be more proactive as it makes a huge difference in a student's life, and they are looking forward.
Infrastructure: The campus is good and clean. It takes all the precautions regarding COVID-19. I did my course in COVID-19 time, so it was more of virtual classes than physical. The campus is well secured in terms of security. Cameras have been installed in all the classes and in and outside the campus.
Faculty: Teachers always did their best to make the course more interesting, informative, and interactive. I believe that some more relevant curriculum could be added to the course. All the exams are good, and the papers are made in a way the students can score well.
Other: I have chosen this course to enhance my skills, ability, and personality.

It provides excellent faculty members and has good professional courses.
Placements: The lowest salary package offered was 1.80 LPA, and the highest salary pacakge offered was 6 LPA. Top recruiters for this year were Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt Ltd, The Kangra Cooperative Bank, Chambers of Hon'ble Mr. Justice R. C Lahoti, and many more. Top roles offered through this course were personal assistant, stenographer, business development executive, admin executive, junior HR executive.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were spacious, hygienic, and air-conditioned. Covid-19 protocols were followed strictly. Wi-Fi was available all around the campus. Computer laboratories were large and equipped with updated to date devices. Overall the infrastructure was pleasant. I could not access the library as most of the course was online.
Faculty: Faculty members were best for every subject. The teachers were qualified, encouraging, and helpful. Teaching quality was excellent whether it was online or offline mode. All the teachers were motivating and provided extra help to weak students. The course curriculum was relevant and various activities like role-playing, presentations, and projects were included to make students industry-ready. The semester exams were not difficult and enough study material was provided by teachers for practice.

YMCA campus is good for the students and it provides excellent courses for the students.
Placements: Our college has best placement offers for the students. Almost 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest average package was offered in our course was Rs. 25,000 per month and the lowest average package was offered in our course was 15,000 per month. The top recruiting companies for our course were from ABC job placement consultants, Man power group job placement, Kelly services India and many other top recruiting companies were offered for this course placement. Almost 50% of the students got placed in the internship from our course and the companies which were placing was placement cell. Top roles offered was personal assistant, executive assistant, stenographer.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by campus was good. It is well furnished and the labs were well maintained by the machines and equipment. The campus has provided Wi-Fi and it has their own library which was very useful for the students. During the covid they were following protocols by only coming for the classes for 2 days and rest were online classes.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and always there for motivating, encouraging and also supportive. They were highly qualified and experienced in their field. We all loved the way of teaching and they provide us necessary notes. The semester exams were not as difficult but if we hardwork we can score good marks in the exams and also attending all the classes regularly.
Other: I chose this course because it provides office administrators. Executive assistants, secretaries, record management and also about the other skills like stenography, communication skills, typing, computer skills etc. Course structure provided by the campus were good.

Amazing but not so amazing .
Placements: Not satisfied with the placements offered here but as they say they provide the placement assistance. I am absolutely not happy with the kind of assistance they provided. I have not seen or heard anyone getting placed through YMCA in my batch. Startup companies came here and I have not even able to get the details about the companies on Google and haven't heard their names before.
Infrastructure: I am not happy with the infrastructure. Computer labs are not well-equipped. Classrooms have major issues of infrastructure. No lift in the college premises. No canteen or cafeteria. No encouragement for sports and games ( may be due to COVID, we couldn't explore sports and games).
Faculty: Faculty is well qualified and absolutely helpful every time. They have made the students presentable for the industry and taught the relevant curriculum. Amazing faculty. They prepare you for the interview so well that you will be confident at the end of this course. You will find a new personality of yourself.
Other: Due to rise in COVID cases, I couldn't enjoy the campus life or attend any function or fests in the college. It has a great connectivity for commuting through metro or buses. There are few things that I wish that could be better is the infrastructure and the placements. Best thing about this course is at the end you will be able to face the interview with full preparation and confidence that is instilled throughout the course by the teachers .

Our college is good to study. It provides the best knowledge from teachers.
Placements: About 30% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 85,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 5,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 45,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Kotak Bank, Wipro, etc., visit our campus for placements. About 10% of students from the course got an internship in Noida based companies. Top roles like executive assistants, personal assistants, banker jobs, etc., are offered in the course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our college are good. Every class is attached to Wi-Fi and an air-conditioned facility. The library is available here. The quality of the facilities in the hostel is good. The quality of food available in the canteen is good and tasty so that you can enjoy it.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. I am very lucky to be a part of this college. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready to work in the industry. Semester exams in this college are average. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wish to work in multinational companies. Our college should provide better knowledge to improve our course. The college organises events and fests in October every year. The campus crowd is good, and also some students get a scholarship here. Extracurricular activities are conducted on weekends. Overall, it is good.
