• Class 10/ SSLC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Class 11/ I PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Class 12/ PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Transfer Certificate with caste/category mentioned – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates ( For Karnataka students only)
• Photographs – 6 passport-size + 4 stamp size

Note: Candidates who have passed from the boards/university other than the Karnataka PU board shall submit migration certificate as well (original + 2 sets of photocopy).
