New Horizon College Kasturinagar is a part of the New Horizon Educational Institutions (NHEI) and has six other institutes under its name. It is affiliated with Bangalore North University. The college was established in 1998.

At New Horizon College, there is a contemporary infrastructure available, and the educational resources there include classrooms, seminar rooms, computer labs, a library, and other facilities. Athletics, indoor basketball, cricket, football, table tennis, badminton, and volleyball are just a few of the extracurricular activities and sports that can be played on a college campus that has all the required facilities.

 In order to accommodate all the placement-related activities, the New Horizon College Kasturinagar benefits from seminar halls and auditoriums. It also has discussion rooms and interview cabins to conduct interviews and GDs during final placements.

New Horizon College offers BBA course for a duration of three years. This course is affiliated with Bengaluru North University (BNU). At the completion of the course, students will receive a UG degree from BNU. At NHC, BBA course is offered in three streams, namely Executive, Professional and Executive Dual Certification. In the BBA Executive Dual Certification course, students will get a globally-certified certificate along with a valid university degree. The following courses will be taught under this course:

• CMA Certified Management Accountants- Institute of Management Accountants (USA- 3 years)
• Business Analytics- Institute of Analytics (UK- 3 years)
• Digital Marketing & Digital Selling- Digital Marketing Institute (Ireland- 3 years)
• Entrepreneurship & Business- Cetiport (3 years)

Further, as per the placements records of the year 2023, the placement cell of NHC witnessed 100% placements and the highest package stood at INR 7 LPA. More than 150+ companies visited during the campus placements.

The New Horizon College library has a total of 48738 volumes, 38 print journals, and 2923 multimedia resources for the students. The university library consists of a hybrid collection of printed as well as electronic resources, including books, journals, databases, CDs/DVDs, e-books, e-journals, reports, course materials, previous years' question papers, bound volumes, project reports, case studies, conference proceedings, etc. 

The library has institutional membership of VTU Consortium, ISTE, CSI, IETE and IEI. The library area is spread over 2 floors with 605 seating capacity, with a  Video Conference Room, an Online class room with recording facility, Students Discussion Rooms, Faculty Discussion Room, and Books & Stationery shops, etc.

Yes, New Horizon College, Kasturi Nagar offers a full-time BCom course at the UG level. This course is offered in affiliation with Bengaluru North University (BNU). Hence, graduates get a BNU degree on completion of the programme. At NHCK, students can choose following BCom courses:

• BCom Executive - 3 years
• BCom Executive + Dual Certification - 3 years
• BCom (Honours) - 4 years

NHC Kasturinagar has a team of security officers, which comprises of a Chief Security Officer, Security Officers and Security Guards. In case of any complaints, students can visit the Administrator's office who will file a complaint through an email to the maintenance department of the institution. Other than these, the college offers basic as well as modern amenities to the students such as a Cafeteria, ATM, Transportation, Extracurricular activities, Sports clubs among others.
