A good mix of experienced personnel and fresh talent is available in faculty at NGF College of Engineering and Technology. Many hold advanced degrees. Some students get good dedication and support from a few faculty members, though others comment that the faculty quality and engagement level do not meet the mark while not all faculty are alike. The college gives importance to practical education wherein the theoretical knowledge is supplemented with hands-on experience. But improvement is required on teaching methodology and interaction of faculty members with students, as reflected in the feedback.
