Great faculty members and academics.

Placements: The placement percentage of students in our course was around 80%. The highest package offered in our course was 28 LPA, the lowest package was 4.8 LPA, and the average package was around 7 LPA-8 LPA. The top recruiting companies that visited our college were Reliance Construction, Larsen and Toubro.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. Classrooms were large. The library was available in the college. A limited sports facility was present. Basic medical facilities were available, such as a first aid box and generic medicine.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective domains of study. The teaching quality of our faculty members was extremely good. The course curriculum was relevant. Students were becoming ready for jobs. Semester examination was at a moderate level.

Very dissatisfied because of the infrastructure.

Placements: There are about 55% of the students who were placed in my course. The highest package was 6.6 lacs and the average package was 4 lacs and the lowest package was 3 lacs. Many big and reputed companies reached out and collaborated with our institute for recruitment.

Infrastructure: The overall facilities and infrastructure available for our course are not satisfying. The washrooms and toilets are very dirty and unhygienic. No proper water supply in the taps. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is hygienic and very few varieties of food.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but they are not much helpful to the students. Our course is not curriculum-relevant because not much happens. The teaching quality is average. They do not provide sufficient resources for studies.

The college is very good for acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of construction management.

Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 6.8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TATA Projects, L&T, GCC, CBRE, GR Infra, Turner India, JLL and SPCL visit our campus for placements. A top role offered to the students is assistant contract manger.

Infrastructure: The internet facility is available in the hostel. The college provides facilities like software labs, workshops, library and air-conditioned classrooms. In the hostel, daily cleaning team is available, and it is under CCTV surveillance. Basketball court, cricket ground and tennis courts are available. Medical facilities are also available. Quality of food served is also good.

Faculty: All faculty members in our college are doctorates in their respective domain. Some of them are from IITs. They provide practical knowledge for students. Their teaching quality is good. This is a techno-managerial course, and it makes you perfect in your field of work. The college also offers PEM and ACM courses.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a contract manager. About 1 year period is not sufficient for this course, and it should be improved. Many events are organised at our college.

NICMAR always grooms the students to the best of their capability in every field.

Placements: At present, NICMAR is a leading Indian construction management institute with 100 percent placement across India. The placement companies include the immobilization, transportation and consultancy sector building giants. You should have plenty of chances, but it depends solely on your level and ratings. The average package is Rs. 6 Lacs at the moment. Furthermore, several international companies visit the campus and offer you about 15 Lacs package.

Infrastructure: The facilities are good. Each room in the hostels has a LAN link. There is also a library containing all books for the course. The hostel facilities are fine because it is a residential campus. There is also a university canteen that will provide you with healthy food. A big campus area with clean air surroundings and a very enthusiastic crowd located away from Hyderabad city. Infrastructure of world-class with an AC classroom, library, a mass fitted with the operation of over 600 students a day.

Faculty: Curriculum and faculty have a strong relation with practical research. NICMAR produces development managers that are able to fill the role of managers and to handle a single project autonomously. The course curriculum really refers to realistic work culture and processes for industry.

Other: A wide campus area with clean air and an exciting crowd situated outside the town of Hyderabad. World-class facilities with an AC classroom, library.
