Overall, our college is quite good.

Placements: Around 20%-30% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month, and the average salary offered was Rs. 10,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 2,500 per month. Top recruiting companies for our course are Pankaj & Nidhi and Rahul Mishra. About 20% of the students got internships from our college. The assistant designer is the top role offered to us.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. The library has various books, and the computer lab is also quite amazing. The quality of the food served in the mess is pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend you to eat in the college mess.

Faculty: The teaching faculty members were average here. Some of them are really good, well qualified and helpful. Their teaching quality was average. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready, and students need practical knowledge for that which can not be taught in any college. The course curriculum is relevant.

It is a very good college to learn and explore.

Placements: There are a total of 14 students in our batch. Our placement session is going to complete at the end of June. I am not aware of the salary offered to the students. Top roles offered to the students are designer, VC and a store manager of reputed brand. Our course has not completed yet, so I can't say about the salary offered to the students in our course. Till now, none of the students got an internship, as we haven't completed our course yet.

Infrastructure: Our college provides a well-facilitated infrastructure, labs and classrooms. There are many books in the library which are very useful for students to complete our given assignment. Institute provides an international platform for students to participate in several shows like New York fashion week, London fashion week and Lake fashion week genex.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified in their field. They share knowledge with students, and they provide the best exposure to students regarding assignments, project, file submission presentation and public speaking. Institute provides field tour regarding practical studies. Faculty members are very helpful regarding any queries, and we personally can ask them regarding our doubts. Doubt clearing classes are also given to students.

Good faculty but the placements are not good.

Placements: There is some time left for the placements of our batch, and I have no idea about the placements of my senior batch. I have heard that one of my roommates got a placement. There is no placement cell. It would definitely be useful to have a placement cell. I hope I also get some opportunity when my turn comes.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi facility is good, and our college building is not that good. I did not like my college building as it is just on one floor. The college area is not big enough. The classrooms are good and air-conditioned. The library and all are also good. We don't have a canteen or a hostel system which I disliked as I came from another city and I faced a lot of problems in the beginning.

Faculty: I like the teachers; they are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. I like their teaching quality as well except for 2 to 3 teachers. One thing I did not like was the use of Bangla language which I don't understand; I wish they use either English or Hindi to teach which would be beneficial for me as well as few more students who are from Bihar or Sikkim as we don't know much Bangla.

Other: I have heard of any scholarships till now. Events like fashion shows on every occasion. There is something new to do always which is very nice. I like the campus quite a bit now, and the surroundings are also good as it is in Dharamsala area where there is a big marketplace with lots of street food and shopping areas at very low cost.

INIFD, a college for best future.

Placements: The placements in our college are very good. Most of the placements offered are in renowned companies. The salary offered by the companies is very good. The college provides internships and industrial visits. We have the highest stipends during the internship.

Infrastructure: We have everything needed on the college campus. The whole college is centrally air-conditioned. The library has many books required for the students. Free Wi-Fi is given to the students for work purpose. The quality of labs is very good. We didn't face any infrastructural related issues during the tenure.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are helpful, well-qualified, knowledgeable and kind-hearted. The teaching quality is awesome. The labs are always open for the students to work. The teachers are available in the lab to help the students. We get internship calls.

Other: Every year, many events are organised in the college. The campus crowd is very good. Extracurricular activities are also organised in the college.

A good place to develop your skills, creativity and to make a good career in fashion designing.

Placements: Placements offered were very good. Almost 70-75% of students from my batch got placed in good companies with good remuneration. Roles offered were based on the course, like an assistant fashion designer, production manager, fashion stylist, visual merchandiser, etc. The work place was comfortable with supporting colleagues.

Infrastructure: The campus is not very big, yet large enough to accommodate a good number of students. Proper seating arrangements are made for the students with full A.C, and the production department has all the machinery required for pattern classes. CAD rooms were well-maintained with good computer systems.

Faculty: The faculty members here are excellent and very helpful. They are always there to help you out in the best way possible. All the classes are not boring. They teach you in a practical way to make your learning easier. They arrange different events and activities for students to help them develop their skills and knowledge. The course is completely useful, and all that they teach you here is practically very helpful once you start working.

Other: Many events happen in this institute, and we celebrate the events. Annual graduating fashion show and exhibition is held every year for passing out students where the students get a chance to portray their work and creativity. Small events like food festival, Holi celebrations, children day and teacher's day are also celebrated.

Slightly dissatisfied because of no placement.

Placements: The placements were not so good. Near about three to five students were provided with placement. The salary was up to 10k. In the institute, only one company visited. The roles that the students were given were in the designing field and retail merchandising. Near about 10 percent students got an internship. The highest stipend offered was 5k and the lowest stipend was 3k.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. The institute has Wi-Fi, garment construction lab, computer lab, small library, and first aid box. There were no games and sports facilities since the campus did not have any playground or open area. There was no canteen. There were no hostel rooms. I did not face any infrastructure related issues during my tenure at the college.

Faculty: The experience with the faculty was good. The faculty members were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching methods used were through power point presentation, SD card, books, and internet. We did not get any industry exposure. To some extent, the course curriculum was useful.

Other: The institute would conduct in-house fashion shows and exhibitions. The institute did not conduct any workshop with the designer. The institute must provide with internship under the designer and companies. They should take us for industry visits. The institute has a CCTV surveillance.
