This is absolutely a good campus with average placement.
Placements: 30 percent of students were placed. The highest package is 20,000, and the lowest package is 10,000. Some IT companies are reachable for internships. Software development is the main role offered by the course. Sometimes, the company Infosys is reachable for internships.
Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure facility. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are all good. The hostel is only available for girls. They provide good mess and canteen food. There is a ground near the college for the sports students. There is a good vibe in the college.
Faculty: The teachers available in the college are all higher officials. They provide better teaching and will help at the time of examination. They provide a good curriculum. Calicut University conducts the semester examinations. You need to score above 33 percent to pass the semester.
Other: It is one of the best colleges that provides the course B.Sc. Computer Science in the Palakkad district. The greenery of the campus is the main attraction of the college. There are many cultural events conducted by the college union.

Our college gives good memories for students.
Placements: Around 2-3 students out of 60 students got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities of our college were good. Library was good with the majority of academic books. Canteen, sports, and games were available. Our college had an eco-friendly atmosphere. Food served in the canteen was delicious like homemade food.
Faculty: All the teachers in our college were well qualified and some of them have done B.Ed and some hold Ph.D. They were very friendly, helpful, and very supportive in extracurricular activities.
Other: Many programs were organised in our college by many clubs and cells. Our department consisted of 60 students. This course helped students in policy-making by analysing the economical status and the new inventions of policy. It was the base of many other courses because it includes maths, banking, environment, development studies, politics, etc.

Review of NSS College, Ottappalam.
Placements: Campus placements are not active yet. There will be a job fair for all courses once a year. Major companies that come here are related to commerce, and some are small companies.
Infrastructure: We have well-qualified teachers. The department has all the facilities and hi-tech classrooms. Labs are fully satisfactory. There is only a girls' hostel. It is good in terms of hygiene and security. Canteen and mess food is good and tasty.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified with Ph.Ds. They are very helpful. They give us a clear idea about our course details. About 80% of students graduate every year. All the students who passed out from here are happy.
Other: I am excited to be here because it is a rare course and only our college offers this course in this whole university. All special days are celebrated colorfully. It is a beautiful campus with a lovely ambiance.

The campus is students friendly.
Placements: Our college does not provide any placements that is why I have given only one star for placements. So, there is no average package and no top recruiting companies and no one has an internship directly from this college. Since there are no placements and no roles are offered in this course.
Infrastructure: Our department is provided with well organised laboratory with sufficient apparatus, specimens, microscopes, etc. Classrooms are also arranged in such a way that both theory and practical classes can be taken. A diverse library with plenty of books from which students can gather information about anything related to our course. College is providing free Wi-Fi not only for our department but also to all the departments in the college. Hostel facilities are good and many students stay in the hostel. The canteen is also providing good and hygienic food at an affordable price. Medical facilities are good. There is a separate department for physical education that conduct sports and games.
Faculty: One important thing to notice about our course is the teaching facilities. Teachers are helpful and friendly. The students are free to ask doubts and they are highly qualified with Ph.D. The guest faculty members with NET are there. This course curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult to crack if students study up-to-date and cover 80% of the syllabus. The pass percentage of our course is 95%.
Other: I chose this course to become a lecturer in botany. This course provide opportunities in various other fields like forestry, agriculture, forensic science, food science and nutrition, etc. I wish college could improve the number of permanent faculty members because there are only 3-4 faculty members in which only 2 are permanent. Campus conducts many events and fests like exhibitions, food fest, film fest, etc. It provides scholarships for economically backward students and anyone who join the campus would love it because of its surroundings. The campus is surrounded by plenty of trees, flowers and is a perfect example for an eco-friendly campus. The campus also conducts extra curricular activities twice or thrice in a year to improve the talents of students.

It is a good college with a good atmosphere to study.
Placements: In my batch, around 10 students got placed in different firms. There are a total of 28 students in our class. That's a great achievement for us. The teachers are very helpful for placements. They help us in preparation for placement interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Sports activities are the best in our college. The college has special vibes and a good atmosphere. This pleasing atmosphere gives you a special enthusiasm.
Faculty: The exams and curriculum are good. Exams seem to be tough. But it is easy to score good marks. The faculty help students to prepare for exams. The curriculum is the best and makes the students industry-ready. The teachers are helpful.

Our college provides quality education for students.
Placements: There is no placement system in our college. Most of the courses offered here are non-professional. Only some are technical courses. There are no campus interviews or direct placements. Exam coaching for competitive exams is available for all students, and there is no fee for it.
Infrastructure: The canteen is available. The food served in the canteen is affordable and safe. The library has a good collection of books. There is no hostel facility. The college has a ground for football and cricket. There are no facilities for swimming or indoor sports activities. But our college is more concentrated on sports like cricket and football. Our college has one of the best cricket teams under the university.
Faculty: The college follows the syllabus of Calicut University. For my subject, the first 2 semesters are pretty hard, and the rest is relatively moderate tough. The course curriculum is well-relevant and useful for the real world too. It helps students to become confident about facing the outside world. Only hardworking students can score well. There are higher chances of getting arrears if not prepared well. The pass percentage is almost 75%. Teachers and staff members are supportive.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in the Malayalam language, and I love to study deeply about it. The college has a busy calendar of celebrations. Everything about the scholarship is pinned on the mainboard.
