Average college in a village area with supportive teachers, but poor infrastructure
Placements: Placements in our college were average since it was an arts and Science college in a rural area like Chhandehandi. Around 20 to 30% of students from our batch got placed, mostly in schools and some local institutions. The highest package was around 2.5 to 3 LPA, the lowest was 1.2 LPA, and the average package stood at around 2 LPA. Internship opportunities were very limited, and only a few students got short term training. The roles offered were mainly teaching, office staff, and basic support jobs. Overall, placement was average, and students usually need to look outside for better opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was average. Classrooms were simple with basic facilities, and there was a small library for students. Wi-Fi and advanced lab facilities were not available. Hostel facilities were limited, and only a few students stayed there. The quality of food in the mess was average, and not many varieties were served. Medical facilities were very basic, and students usually depended on local health centers. Sports and games were conducted occasionally but not very regularly. Overall, the infrastructure was just manageable for a village based college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were supportive and tried their best, though most of them used traditional teaching methods. Some teachers were well qualified and knowledgeable, but modern teaching tools were missing. The course curriculum was standard and helped in covering the basics of the subject, but it was not very industry oriented. Exams were of moderate difficulty, and most students could pass with regular study. The pass percentage was usually good, around 70 to 80%, as teachers guided us during exam preparation. Overall, the faculty and curriculum are average but helpful for completing graduation.
Other: I chose this course because it was affordable and available in my hometown. The best thing about the college is the low fee structure which makes it possible for students from rural backgrounds to complete higher education. The campus crowd was friendly, supportive and teachers were approachable. I wish the infrastructure, library facilities and extracurricular activities were improved. Connectivity to the college was also a little difficult as it is located in a rural area. It is a decent option for basic graduation, but it needs a lot of improvement in facilities and placements.

Institute has good facilities all around the campus such as Auditorium, Cafeteria, Gym, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Hostel, Labs, Library, Sports Complex, Wi-Fi Campus.
