Good infrastructure is there in the college.
Placements: Students were placed in our course just like BBA, B.M.C., or BCA. The highest package offered is INR 2.50 lacs to 5.00 lacs. The percentage of students getting placed is between 60% and 90%. Roles offered are business administration, computer operator, and journalist reporting.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms, and libraries are so good in terms of the best infrastructure; they provide a peaceful environment. The hostel's quality is that students prepare their own food from the market, and there is no canteen. The sports field is well maintained. It is very enjoyable.
Faculty: The best teachers are those who are the most knowledgeable in all subjects. They conduct a semester-by-semester exam. The student's pass percentage is high. There is good ground for all types of sports played by students.
Other: Best teacher, good playground, highly-professional teachers—college life is very enjoyable.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. Top recruiting companies do not visit our campus. Almost 80% of students get internships at Doordarshan and All India Radio.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available. Labs are well-equipped. The mass communication department has no lab. Classrooms are huge. Many books are available in the library. Mess facilities are not available in the hostel.
Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable and qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. If students study well, then semester exams are not difficult. Semester periods may vary. This college does not give any practical knowledge.
Other: I chose this course because I am good at researching data and speaking. I used to edit videos and post them on social media. I learned a lot of things during this course, like photography, videography, script writing, and editing. I think practicals should be there so that students become more friendly to their field and related equipment. Fresher and farewell parties are organised. Sports days are celebrated.

Everything is good but the placement cell is required.
Placements: There is no placement in this college. Students here comes only for the Certificate. The college is not even able to provide any kind of placement to the vocational courses. Availability of placement cell is not in the college campus. The students suffers alot .
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is like not that much good but not that much bad also. If we talk. About the hostel of this college then the hostel facility is good here the girls hostel. Of this college provides a minimum rent for the rooms and additional mess charge .
Faculty: The teachers in my department are very helpful and qualified and also knowledgeable. The way and style of their teaching is very different and the thing that makes them. Differ from. Other teacher is their quality of helping concerning and caring.
Other: I chose this because I wanted to. The best thing I found here is that I found good and helping teachers. But the need of placement cell is indeed here .

It is a good college, but it needs to improve more.
Placements: The college does not provide placements, and students need to find an internship on their own. Only an internship letter is provided. There is a placement cell, but it is inactive. It is only for showing to UGC. Teachers are not interested in providing campus recruitment due to which students will suffer.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our college like well-facilitated labs, free Wi-Fi and smart classrooms. As it is a government college, it takes time for getting the fund. Hostels are the best and have a very beautiful environment for studying. There is a common room for playing, but mess facilities are not provided.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and professionals. Teaching quality is awesome. The course curriculum has now changed, and the new curriculum is made according to the industry demand, which will help students a lot. The new course curriculum is good.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to become a crime reporter in print media. The college should change the old rituals of running the college. Events and fests are not organised in our college, and there will be only sports and elections.

Knowledge hub for active and regular students.
Placements: There are no placements in our college, not only for us but our seniors too didn't had any placements. Overall, many of the students got internship opportunities in reputed media houses like Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, Hindustan Times, etc. This internship was unpaid or without stipend. But this internship was very efficient and useful for media students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. There are new labs and classrooms are clean, but there is no AC. We have a good library, and it's the best, as books related to all the streams are available. Every faculty is a recognised journalist and comes from the recognised media houses.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are good. They are qualified teachers with specific field related knowledge. Each teacher is NET qualified, and all are supportive. If students have any questions or doubts, the faculty members are ready to resolve them and are always available for enthusiastic students. The relationship between teacher and students is very good.
Other: Many events are organized and the campus crowd is also good.

Good college in Bihar for mass communication.
Placements: There is no placement. Placement rate are Nothing. There are no nay role offered to the students. I did complete internship through the Dainik Jagran Patna. Without any charge. Its means free of cost about 6 month. There are no any offer of any internship.
Infrastructure: There infrastructure so good. There was separate department. All department have separate class room. There was well include library. Very good environment in Library. There had separate study table. There had a big examination hall. Its administration block have all control. There is 3 hostels.
Faculty: Here all teacher are very helpful. In mass media department have all teacher are faculty guest. Here all teachers are well educated and qualified. My syllabus is very nice and useful. Teaching quality of Patna college in very well. I am proud of Patna college.
Other: Events:- every week organised any event. Campus crowd ;- campus crowed is so large. Scholarship :- provide all student scholarship.

Strongly dissatisfied for having poor infrastructure and poor placements.
Placements: Patna College is an old college and came from a poor background. None of the companies come here. It looks like the whole system isn't bothered about the student's future. Here, students can't enhance their creative skills as college doesn't give them any new platform. College administration works like a turtle and seems like a sleeping bear as they don't show any interest towards student's placements. The same faculty doesn't even complete the course on time.
Infrastructure: The college still runs on the British time infrastructure. It looks more a historical place rather than college. Our course started 10 years ago, and still, there are no media lab facilities. The college lacks permanent faculty members. The college administration has to think about improving the college infrastructure. Considering the poor and old infrastructure of the college, there are high chances for a tragedy to take place on the campus.
Faculty: There no permanent faculty members and random teachers on the basis of daily pay are called to teach. The college administration doesn't care about the media department. Even the HOD doesn't pay a serious attention to the students. Even after graduating from here, all students from my department are still unemployed.

One of the best government colleges in Bihar.
Placements: There was no placement cell in the mass communication department at Patna college. The students used to get their internships by own. But it was compulsory for all the student to do 8-week internships in their specialisation. Every student got the internships, but I can remember during my time not a single student got a stipend. We all worked for free. But I can say theory was good. The teachers were highly skilled and experienced. From my batch, no one got placement except 1-2, most of us opt for further studies as per their convince. If somebody got placement by their reference, they got a package not more than 3 lacs. There is no company visit to the campus.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very broad. As it is British time college, so it was a strong and beautiful campus. There is a separate building for a separate department, except mass communication. There are four hostels for boys, two big playgrounds, auditorium, and a separate examination hall. There is a separate common area for boys and girls. There is a big library, which has abundant of books.
Faculty: I don't have any doubt about faculty potential and quality. It's true that there is no any permanent professors in the mass communication department, but those who are there are highly qualified. The students crack the examination of IIMC, JNU, MCU, etc., by the guideline of these professors. They were friendly. The course curriculum was good, and it was as per the latest demand in the industry. We did industry visit and got its exposure. The teaching method was good.
Other: We participated in live campus talk with ETV media. We organised photo walk event on the campus. We also took the initiative of cleaning our campus. We got a scholarship of Rs. 8,000. Fresher and farewell party is a traditional event on the campus. There was no ragging at all.
