B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning - Batch of 2027

Qualified faculty members and decent curriculum.
Placements: 60% of students can be placed in IT companies. The highest package in our college is 10LPA. The lowest package offered is 3LPA, and average package offered is 4.5LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, etc. Most of the students are doing internships at TCS and Suntech companies in our college. The top role offered by our course AIML is machine learning analyzer.
Infrastructure: The department provides well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi enabled classrooms, and access to a rich library. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms, good medical support, sports facilities are moderate, and mess food canteen offers variety but quality is average overall.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring good teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant to industry-oriented topics. Semester exams are moderately difficult, focusing on concepts. The pass percentage is usually high with proper preparation.
Other: I chose this course for its career scope and practical learning. The best part is the balance of theory and hands-on experience. Improvement is needed in placements and updated labs. Campus fest, events, scholarships, and extracurricular activities make students life vibrant.

They need to improve college placements so that every deserve student can get a job.
Placements: The placement percentage is 40%. Placements are less. They should improve placements. The highest package is 5 LPA. The average package is 3 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Out of 300 students 30 students are selected for placements. No companies visit our college to recruit students. They offered less salary packages. Some tech companies visited our college to recruit students. C5i selected less people. 75% of students got internships. Mostly analyst roles are coming.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good and the infrastructure is also nice but not hygienic. They need to improve cleaning. The hostel facilities are okay. The food is not that good in the hostel for food I would give it 2.5/5. The medical facilities are there. Sports and games are fewer and the library facilities are good.
Faculty: Some teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. I would give them a 6/10, but the faculty are trying to teach in a good manner and understanding manner students have to be careful with the faculty and respect them. The course curriculum is relevant (need to teach what is useful for future purposes). The pass percentage is 65-70%.
Other: I chose this course coz it's very helpful in recent times. It's playing a vital role in recent times. They need to improve my teaching skills and make students understandable. I would give 5/5 for events, etc.

I'm satisfied with college.
Placements: Placements are good, but due recession most companies are not able to attend this year. Above 65% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, DXC, etc. The roles in the course are trainee, software developer, tester, etc. The highest and the lowest packages start with 3 LPA to 24 LPA.
Infrastructure: Most hostels have facilities. Infrastructure is elite cool and greenery is awesome. Food available in hostel is not so good and rules have good values. Canteen and sports facilities are available. Sports timing is after college hours.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, most faculty members have doctorate degrees. The difficulty of semester exams and the pass percentage can vary by college. Pass percentage is above 60%. The college has support and security 24/7.

College is good, placements are good, but events and fest are not up to the mark.
Placements: Placements are well and good. The management is inviting many companies with a basic salary package of 2.5 to 5 LPA, and capable students are getting selected. Roles offered are software developer and some core related jobs. Around 2 to 3 companies offered salary packages between 8 LPA to 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not up to the mark. College has limited space for sports ground. There are separate courts for shuttle and basketball balls. There is a seperate court for cricket also. Sports events conducted by management are good.
Faculty: Course curriculum is good, as we know about our indian educational system. Course curriculum is relevant to the industry. Students can gain knowledge through the curriculum and it is not that difficult to score. Pass percentage is also very good. Overall, study is good.
Other: Events and fests conducted by college management are very poor level. There is a lack of proper equipment and decorations for the fests, and place is very congested.

PBR Visodayata College of Engineering.
Placements: My college has 50 percentage of placement support for my course, the highest package is 9 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Infosys and so many companies are starting recruitment, nearly 30 percent of students got placed in my course. They offered a lot of roles like software engineer, welder, tester, and manager.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is so good and the classrooms contain good specialties like benches, free Wi-Fi, and projectors. The college contains quality food available in the canteen and mess. The canteen contains quality food and good facilities are provided.
Faculty: My class teachers are very friendly, helpful, and well-skilled in teaching. There are a lot of skills in my course. The teachers teach and make us ready for the industry. Some exams are difficult, and the pass percentage in my course is nearly 80 percent.
Other: I chose this course because it is the best course and my most liked course. I wish to improve teaching with real-time projects. The college conducts a lot of festivals, and there is a heavy crowd during the fest.

A rich-looking college with poor placements, staff, and events.
Placements: For most non-CSE branches, the placement percentage was quite low, around 5-10 percent. Core branches like Mechanical, Civil and Chemical had especially fewer opportunities and many students had to look for off-campus jobs or higher studies. The college even sent software companies to core branches.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our department were honestly very poor. Most labs had outdated equipment that rarely worked properly, and classrooms barely had functioning fans or projectors. Wi-Fi was available but barely usable, slow, and unreliable most of the time. The library was small and didn’t even have updated books for our syllabus. The hostel conditions were even worse. Rooms were cramped, washrooms were always dirty, and maintenance was almost non-existent. The food in the mess was tasteless and repetitive we often had to rely on outside food. And forget about medical facilities and sports.
Faculty: Most teachers were unhelpful and just read from slides without clearing doubts, making the teaching quality very poor. The outdated curriculum didn’t match industry needs, and students were not job-ready. Exams were random but easy to pass. During my academic period, the pass percentage of the ECE branch was terrible.
Other: I chose this course because I genuinely wanted to become an electronics engineer and work on real-world tech problems. But this college literally killed that dream. The teaching wasn’t inspiring, labs barely functioned and there was no practical exposure. There was nothing best about the course except that it existed. I wished faculty were more passionate, labs were upgraded and there had been some industry connection. Fests were dull, the crowd was mostly unmotivated, and the surroundings were boring. There were no proper extracurriculars, poor connectivity, and scholarships were just in name, getting them was a struggle. It felt like a wasted opportunity.
