The total number of BPharm seats offered at Poona College of Pharmacy, BVDU is 100. On the other hand, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences also offer 100 seats in the BPharm course. Moreover, the eligibility requirements to get admission into the BPharm course at both colleges are almost similar, in which candidates must complete Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and English with Biology/ Mathematics as subjects from a recognised board with an aggregate of 45%. Moreover, the accepted entrance exam for admission to the BPharm course at Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and PCP, BVDU does vary.

Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
For lateral entry (to third semester): A pass in D. Pharm. course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
Minimum credit points required for award of a B. Pharm. degree is 208.
The admission is based on the rules and regulations of the Pharmacy Council of India and the Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be) University.
