Need to improve all infrastructures.

Placements: No placement or internships for the B.A. in our college. Most students go for M.A., B.Ed, or prepare for government exams like SSC and UPSC. No company comes for placements. Some students find a job outside, like teachers, writers, or call center with Rs. 10,000- Rs. 15,000 salary. Everything we have to manage on our own.

Infrastructure: Our college has decent facilities for the B.A. course. Classrooms are okay with benches and fans, and sometimes projectors are used. The library is good, with many books available for Arts subjects. Wi-Fi is there, but it's not always working properly. No labs for B.A. available. The campus is clean, and enough space to sit and study. There is no hostel or mess for students, so everyone stays in PGs or rooms outside. No canteen also, only a few food stalls outside the college are available. The medical facility is basic, and a small first-aid room is available. A sports ground is there, students play cricket and volleyball, but no proper coach or equipment.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful and know their subjects well. Some are permanent, some are visiting, but most explain things clearly. The course is relevant and gives a good base for jobs, though you need to learn extra on your own too. Exams are easy if you study the night before, and over 80% of students pass every semester.
