Look, it's totally up to you if you think you can prepare again and score good marks then its fine. If you think while doing a job you may not be able to do it then go for the admission as it will add value to knowledge and experience.

Yes, it is valid. Even though Welingkar is an autonomous institute its degree will surely give job opportunities abroad.

The average CTC offered is around 5.5-6 for a fresher.
The average remains same for all the courses.

Yes, the PGDM courses are approved by AICTE and MMS is affiliated to Mumbai University. Both of them are equivalent to an MBA.
