IIM Kozhikode Selection Criteria 2023-25: Check PI Shortlisting Criteria and CAT 2022 Cut Offs

IIM Kozhikode admission criteria and selection process for 2023-25 PGP batch includes shortlisting of candidates on the basis of CAT cut offs, academic record, WAT and PI. The qualifying CAT cut off percentile for IIM Kozhikode admission 2023 is same as last year, i.e. 85 (General and OBC). 

For the final selection fo candidates for IIM Kozhikode's PGP programm, the weightage of CAT score is 35 whereas the weightage of WAT-PI is 55. Last year, the WAT round was not conducted due to Coronavirus pandemic. This year, the IIM Kozhikode selection criteria, includes the WAT.

IIM Kozhikode PI Shortlist: How to Apply?

Candidates who are eligible to apply for IIM Kozhikode can follow the process given below to fill the PI shortlist form:

• Go to IIM Kozhikode website: https://iimk.ac.in/
• Click on PGP admission 2023-25
• Enter CAT registration number, email ID
• Type in verification code and click on log in
• Once the form opens, fill the relevant fields with information
• Click on submit to complete the process

IIM Kozhikode’s admission process for the flagship PGP course is divided into three stages.

Stage 1: Registration of candidates meeting CAT cut off

Stage 2: Shortlisting for PI

Stage 3: Final selection for admission 

IIM Kozhikode CAT Cut Off 2022 

CAT cut offs for all categories are given below. These are category-wise sectional and overall qualifying IIM Kozhikode CAT cut offs 2022:

Note: The above-mentioned percentiles are qualifying cut offs. The final CAT cut offs are higher.

Candidates who have opted for IIM Kozhikode in the CAT 2022 application form and meet the final CAT cut off, will be shortlisted for the WAT-PI round and would receive an email for online registration for admission. Only those who shall complete the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode within the given deadline, post the CAT 2022 result declaration, will be considered for PI and WAT

IIM Kozhikode Selection Criteria: Shortlisting for PI

Candidates will be shortlisted for IIM Kozhikode PI based on the following parameters and weightage allotted:

*Scaled scores from the three sections (with equal weightages) of CAT 2022 will be considered for the computation of the CAT Index Score.

IIM Kozhikode Admission Criteria: Final Selection

Candidates who will participate in the PI round will be evaluated for final selection based on their performance, academic efforts and disposition, general awareness and social disposition, attitude, personality and communication and the quality of work experience. Check the parameters of IIM Kozhikode final selection and weightage allotted to them:

The resume score will be calculated based on the quality of academic and professional qualifications. Category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the final scores and admission offers will be made to candidates via email by April 2023.

Candidates selected for admission will have to confirm their admission, by accepting the admission offer letter and paying the confirmation fee (first instalment of the course fee). In case, a student decides to withdraw admission, the fee amount will be refunded after deducting processing charges of INR 1,000.
