Absolutely good college life.
Placements: Our batch consists of 104 students. Top recruitment is done by Adithya Birla, ITC, HDFC Bank, TCS, EY, etc. Every student in our course got an internship in a well-reputed company. It helps everyone to improve their leadership. They get exposure to professional life.
Infrastructure: We get very good food in the mess. The hostel facility is very good with good food. Medical facilities are very good in our college. Our college promotes sports activities. Every year, there are tournaments for every sport like cricket, football, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and very friendly. The teaching is also good. Semester exams are very tough because of the syllabus and shortage of leaves between exams. Most of the students can pass exams because of the good coaching.
Other: Our college provides free iPads. It organizes free international trips.

I'm satisfied because of the facilities provided by the college to the students.
Placements: Our seniors have been placed above 90%. As a fresher, the salary is between 30,000 and above, depending on the company. At the end of the second semester, all students in my batch have done internships in different companies. Most of the students are taken for HR, so HR-related jobs are offered more.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, library, etc. All facilities are provided for us by the college. As a hosteler, they provide very quality food and very hygienic washrooms. The canteen is also very good. They give importance to sports as well. In 2024, we won the overall championship tournament in the college.
Faculty: Talking about our faculty members, they are excellent for us. They help us with molding, preparing short notes, etc. The college has offered many curricular activities in the form of different clubs. Rajadhani Business School is under KTU University, and it is a little bit tough, but still, we can pass the exam very easily.
Other: I did my degree in B.Com Finance, then I chose MBA for more opportunities in other countries. Our college conducts a management fest every year. Various scholarships are provided to the students.

Satisfactory learning and placement.
Placements: Management Trainee, Business analyst and few executive roles are offered I our college. The placement rate is 80% and the internship rate is 95%. The highest package offered was seven Lacs per annum. The companies include Deloitte, KPMG, and Tata Consultancy Services.
Infrastructure: We have computer laboratories and Wi-Fi connectivity. There is a good library and Wi-Fi connectivity is also available. The hostel also provides Wi-Fi connection the quality of food is decent and there is a sports and games area for cricket and badminton.
Faculty: The semester exams are not difficult with the general passing rate being above 90%. The faculty members are very helpful, highly qualified and they are very knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready, with a good mix of practical applications and core build-up theoretical knowledge.

My Masters in my dream college.
Placements: Placement activities in our college are really good. The top recruiting companies at our college are TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Accenture, and so on. They offer up to 25,000 to 40,000 per month. They also provide internship opportunities to their students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is highly constructive. It is a very green and peaceful environment. Sports events are conducted every month. The food available at our college canteen is acceptable. And all the medical facilities are available within our college campus.
Faculty: All of our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They give a warm-hearted welcome to all the students from various states. They always conduct practical and industrial-oriented sessions rather than classroom teaching. It's very hard to crack examinations.

I am dissatisfied with the placements.
Placements: Around 30 % of students got placement. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA by the Reliance group. The lowest was 1.45 LPA. The average is around 2.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies include reliance, code young, TCS, BYJU'S, bajaj, etc. About 90 percent of students got an internship most common internship option was to renovate, covid caused some problems in internship time. The top roles offered are supervisor, assistant manager, management trainee, etc.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good but has room to improve. Wi-Fi is available for teachers as well as students which improves the facility to learn. Computer labs are there. The College library is great in terms of the availability of resources for studies. The food provided by the hostel is very bad.
Faculty: There are many brilliant teachers in our college. Some of them are well-qualified and they are very knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. The semesters are pretty difficult for the students as the pass percentage is 60%.
Other: I opted for MBA because of its campus and exposure to the job market.

Impeccable infrastructure and the best coaching.
Placements: Placements at RBS have always excelled with a minimum of 85% students being placed in MNC's and budding MNC's every year. The current and previous years' batch students had their talents outsourced by top companies like UST Global, Infosys, E&Y etc. Companies that visited the campus were innumerable which included the 4th Ambit, Jet Airways and many others. Students were offered variety of roles such as executives, analysts, associates and many more. The salary ranges from a minimal 10,000Rs. To 40,000Rs.
100% internship by the students of RBS is being achieved every year, with a stipend ranging from a minimal 2000Rs to a maximum of 5000Rs. RBS owns an exclusive placement cell for its business students, with the ultimate objective of achieving 100% placement. The placement cell has been of utmost benefit, thus achieving more than 85% placement every year.
Infrastructure: RBS pools in with the sister concern RIET (Rajadhani institute of engineering and technology), thereby having a joint campus. The building consists of 8 floors with 3 fully functioning lifts with a holding capacity of 21 persons per trip. Two separate buildings exist at par with the main building, one exclusively for the mechanical and aeronautical engineering departments, and the other a 5 storeyed building exclusively for indoor games, which include billiards, foosball court, badminton court, table tennis etc. Behind the main building is the stadium for all other outdoor games. The campus provides a high-speed internet connectivity with a limit of 1GB per day. An apple lab exclusively for learning is built, which facilitates idea generation among the students. Apart from this, well functioning labs for each department are available at each floor. A doctor will be accessible at all times of the campus working hours, with a well-equipped clinic room for unwell students to take rest. Sports is given much importance at RBS, thus having 2 hours every two days a week exclusively for sports. Classrooms are well-equipped with smart learning devices and a fully functioning Air conditioner is installed in every class at RBS. Food at the canteen is extremely hygienic and tasty with a variety of 5-6 menus per day. Hostel rooms are well maintained and highly equipped, with the availability of both AC as well as non AC rooms. So far at the college, no issues concerning the campus or any other infrastructure have been raised, adhering to the impeccable maintenance and supervision of the campus.
Faculty: The college is UGC approved and NAAC accredited, affiliated to both APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University as well as the University of Kerala. The University of Kerala is semester based whereas KTU is tri - semester based, this containing three terms a year, with similar number of papers as the semester based curriculum. RBS contains immense number of highly qualified teachers with impeccable knowledge and extremely helpful. The over quality of teaching can be attributed to an 88%, with the highly enthusiastic staffs. Student to faulty ratio is 30:1 this year at RBS with 5 such divisions. Students at RBS are provided a free iPad, attributing to digital learning, thereby avoiding the wastage of papers and simultaneously becoming technologically equipped. The teachers are also provided with an iPad, thus synchronizing the mentoring process. Field trips and industrial visits are conducted with an average of two per term. This exhibits wide exposure as well as detailed study of the topic with utmost practicality and application of the theory. The course curriculum is at par with IIM, thereby providing ultimate benefit to the students, and keeping us well-equipped for the future.
Other: RBS conducts a national level management fest "Le Emperoz" every year which is both educative as well as entertainment based. Variety of games are conducted in this event including the finance game, the HR game, marketing game etc. , availing cash prizes worth minimum 5000Rs. To the winners. The participants include students from IIM, IIT Amity, Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeedam etc. Apart from this, "Zerron" is conducted every year which is completely entertainment based, thus giving a platform for RBSites to showcase their talents. Various other activities include the Christmas celebration, women's day celebration, the innovation day which marks the death anniversary of Apple Inc. founder Steve Jobs. "Meet the executive" programme is conducted every month whereby students get an opportunity to interact with executives from various management fields. Sports day is conducted every year with various outdoor events, providing medals and certificates to the winners. Apart from these, onam and Vishnu celebrations take place with competitions and active participation from every department.
