Hello Abhishek, Yes, a student can seek change of branch in same college. However the college will approve it only if this branch has enough vacancies. Best wishes to you.

As you have a compartment in your board exams, so, you need to clear it first to get admission in any colleges. After clearing the compartment exam, you will be eligible to take admission.
