Supportive faculty, decent placements and a peaceful campus environment.
Placements: Placements at Rangapara College, Sonitpur have been gradually improving over the years. In the recent placement drive, about 36 students are placed, with nearly 9 companies visiting the campus. The highest package offered is around 5.5 LPA, while the average package stood close to 3.1 LPA, and the median package is 2.6 LPA. The top recruiters included private coaching institutes, Kendriya Vidyalaya, and NGOs working in different sectors. Apart from final placements, students also get internship opportunities and nearly 65 percent of students secure internships every year in private companies and organizations.
Infrastructure: Rangapara College provides good infrastructure with Wi-Fi, spacious classrooms, a library, and basic labs for students. Hostel facilities are average, with decent rooms, mess food is satisfactory, and the canteen offers affordable meals. Medical support is available on campus and students actively participate in sports, games and cultural activities.
Faculty: Teachers of Rangapara College are helpful, approachable and highly qualified with good subject knowledge and supportive teaching methods. The teaching quality is considered effective, focusing on both theory and practical understanding. The curriculum is relevant, covering core subjects, though not fully industry-oriented, it still builds a strong foundation. Other: I chose this course because it matched my interest and future career goals. The best things are the knowledgeable teachers, supportive environment, and a curriculum that gives a strong academic foundation. However, I wish there were more industry linkage, advanced labs, and practical exposure. The college organizes cultural events, seminars and sports, which keep the campus lively. The crowd is friendly and diverse with students coming from nearby towns and villages. The campus surroundings are peaceful and well connected by road and rail. Scholarships and extracurricular activities are available which help students financially and also in overall personality development.

Placements: R. College provides a decent number of placements. There is no package system involved in our college; everything is monthly based. Mostly, 65% of students get internships every year in companies like PVT Limited or other private companies. Some basic roles can be named as Incline Interaction.
Infrastructure: Speaking about infrastructure, our college is one of the best in this area. The quality of food is neither too high nor too low, it's neutral. We have a big indoor stadium for indoor games and a wide playground for outdoor sports. There's also a basketball and volleyball court on the right side of the field. Medical facilities were updated last year, along with the library.
Faculty: Honestly speaking, every teacher is helpful. Believe me, if you can build a bond with a teacher, you will feel that support, just like how parents care for their child. It makes students ready, but the rest depends on the student's efforts. Semester exams are easy, but sessionals are way too hard—this is to make students perfect for the main exams.
Other: I would just say that our college is mostly surrounded by greenery. In short, our college is nature-friendly. You can study well in a calm environment. We have every event and inter-college program too, through which many students are recruited based on their skills or hidden talents.

Well satisfied with the faculty, really good infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: The number of placements is good in my view. The percentage of students in our course is almost a good amount. Many internships are also done so students get a good opportunity and are well built for their future dreams. Recruiting companies like Tata etc.
Infrastructure: The college is well organised. There are a good number of classrooms, we have a library and one lab each for each department. Digital blackboards are used for teaching. The facilities of the hostel are quite good it is on the college campus and there are two different hostels one for boys and girls. The food is good. There will be weekly sports practice.
Faculty: Teachers are really good. They are well qualified and very friendly. They will help you with any difficulty, we have exams for each semester and apart from that tests are conducted to maintain and focus on the student's progress.
Other: According to the money we pay the college provides very well in any field. Field trips, industrial trips, and college weeks function and many things they are best.
