The best faculty and good facilities. I had a great college life.
Placements: In each course, they took 20 to 30 students in a batch, not more. The college offers 100% placement. Internships are 80 to 90 percent. The college provides opportunities with prominent companies like TCS and many others, providing students with a diverse range of options to explore.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure. A proper library for students and teachers. Classrooms are well-designed. They had an annual sports program every year. They arranged free health checkups for students and teachers. Their dedication to delivering lectures and fostering critical thinking is evident in every class session.
Faculty: One of the best things RANI BIRLA has is its faculty. It has the best of teachers, all of whom are cheerful and talented. Teachers give their 100% to each and every student. One of the standout features of RANI BIRLA is its well-structured syllabus. The curriculum ensures a comprehensive understanding of key events and themes.

Our college is good enough to do graduation, and faculty members are very impressive.
Placements: No such companies or salary packages are offered as it is a graduate college and not a master's college. In order to do good placement, pursuing a master's is a must. The role offered in our course is to work with the geographical features of the earth, let that be satellites, latitude, longitude, or any particular features like any rock, fossils, etc. The geography subject deals with the geography of the earth.
Infrastructure: The quality is good when compared to other public colleges in West Bengal. It provides ample knowledge, and teachers are also very helpful and good. The college doesn't provide hostel facilities, so it doesn't fit for long distance studies. Students can stay in any outside hostel or paying guest and complete their studies if they want.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful whenever in need. They try their best to make students understand every topic provided by the university. They make the topic way to understand and easy to memorize. The course helps students to prepare for their masters.
Other: Our college is quite strict when it comes to fests and the crowd because I have never seen any fest happening in our college. Inter-college fests are average, and students can participate in them.

Our college has good faculty members, but there is poor infrastructure.
Placements: It is a degree college, and it does not provide any placement facility to students. It only provides a graduation degree. Students can apply for placements after the completion of the degree. They can also opt for masters or internships by applying for them on their own according to their preferences.
Infrastructure: The department has a classroom with projector facility and a small sound-proof studio. It also has many computers for practical purpose, along with a Wi-Fi facility. The canteen has been shut down twice within 3 years, and annual sports day is organised. Many seminars are also conducted in the hall.
Faculty: The course curriculum includes classroom discussion, seminars, practicals for documentary purpose, camera handling and usage of Adobe Premiere Pro software. Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are very helpful and provide good guidance.

Satisfied with the environment of the college.
Placements: There were like 25 students in my batch, but it usually depended on the number of admissions. There was no such college placement after graduation. Students could go for personal or work-from-home internships. Being a basic graduation course, there was no such recruitment.
Infrastructure: Firstly, there was a library in our college with varied genres of books and novels to cater to different courses. Secondly, there was no hostel facility. Recently, a canteen had also been established. The quality of food was normal but was still improving based on student feedback.
Faculty: Talking about the teaching staff, teachers were well-educated, knowledgeable, and helpful towards students. The working staff also had a welcoming and well-groomed behavior. The course curriculum was relevant and interesting, giving a proper insight into the subject. The semester exams had a difficulty level from moderate to hard, although the pass percentage was 85%.
Other: I had a passion for this course since always, speaking in front and expressing my views had been my strength. We were given good real-life projects like documentaries and filming on several topics. The college needed a little more improvement in electronic media and more computer-based studies. Events like Rabindra Jayanti, Independence Day, Teachers’ Day, freshers, and farewell were everything conducted well.

One of the best faculty and teachers.
Placements: The placement cell of this college is very active, and students of my batch got internships in companies like Tata Iron and Steel, TCS, WIPRO, etc. The teachers work very hard to bridge the gap between students and their dream opportunities. I would recommend it highly.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are spacious, but air conditioning is available except for a few classrooms. The library is well stocked and frequently updated with changing eras, compiling the information of various fields. The fashion department is truly awesome. They are doing great in sports too.
Faculty: The best part of this college is its faculty. Which is top-notch. They actually prepare their students with practically job-oriented courses that are also available. Examinations and checking are very strict, making it valuable. Attendance is really a big factor for marks here.
Other: The college is very decent and excellent for students who are looking for a low-crowd environment with no political interference and within a pocket-friendly budget. They also do help with scholarship applications.

Really satisfied with my college.
Placements: In journalism course we had field visits and many more visits to studios. As I have not completed my undergraduate studies I have also more to visit in various places which is included in our curriculum. Top recruiting company which I read in the curriculum of out college is ABP Pvt Ltd, Fairfest Media etc. , Ajkal Publishers Ltd. , Bartama Pvt Ltd etc.
Infrastructure: Our campus has full Wi-Fi facility, with good infrastructure and computer labs. We don't have hostels. Library has a huge stock of books and they allow students to stay there after the college hours. We can use the computer labs after the college hours also. My college is a government college which is afflicted under university of Calcutta.
Faculty: Indeed the teachers are helpful, knowledgeable and very qualified. Teachers of my college are strong communicators with a very unique style of teaching. They don't leave us unless and until every one learns and have a wide knowledge about the topic. Journalism as a subject is very emerging, and it spreads it's branches to various media fields like news gathering and news reporting, film making and so on. And there is a wide base of exposure which teachers if this branch provides.
Other: I choose this courses because according to me this particular field leads to many other broad fields. The world around us is becoming so dependent on media so the career opportunities in this field is very bright. There are specific things I like about journalism and the reason behind choosing the subject it's builds ones network and also we learn many new things. Things I would wish be better or improve about my courses is that sometimes some news channels becomes biased and news becomes suppressed because other news are given more importance.
