1. RVCE, Bangalore (due to its placements and faculty)
2. MSRIT, Bangalore (Placements are good and infrastructure is also good)
3. TKM-Kollam (Placements are average.)

Yes, RV College of Engineering, Bangalore is a good college. You can take admission there, it is a decent college with good placements and fees are around INR 1 Lacs 70 thousands through COMEDK. Hope you got your answer.

As per the records, RV has a higher rank than PES. But, as far as I know, the placement for CS branch is almost equivalent for both the colleges. You can decide on the basis of other factors like fee, infrastructure, etc.

It is better to go for RVCE, Bangalore, but the management quota goes upto INR 35 Lacs and Amity- Noida have reasonable fees, when compared to management quota of RVCE. Hope you got your answer.
