They will give you a BSMS degree mentioning your specialisation (aka major subject), and if you have done a minor in some subject, they will mention that also in your degree.

You are advised to do M.Sc. In physics after your B.Sc. In physics. Also, you are advised to appear for JAM examination to seek admission in M.Sc. In top universities of India. You may further do Ph.D. before joining any R&D organisation. Thank you.

You can go to IISC-Bangalore and many other colleges are there. You can complete your graduation and Master's degree and then go for Ph.D and fellowship.
