Review of RGUKT Srikakulam.
Placements: I am from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering course. The first batch was started in 2020-2024. Our seniors batch was from 2021-2025. I am from the 2022-2026 batch. The highest package offered is 10 LPA (common for EEE and ECE). The lowest package offered is 2.3 LPA. 35 percent of students got internships. Remaining, all students are preparing for GATE. No top roles are offered in my branch because of the low core companies. We are settling into ECE roles.
Infrastructure: There is no proper lab infrastructure. For lab purposes, we have to go to another college during my 1st and 2nd year. Now some infrastructure is constructed. The hostel is good. Initially, the food is not good, and after changing the contract (HMKCF), the food is average. It has the worst canteen. Medical facilities are somewhat better. Ambulance services are also available. Sports are available, but there is no place to participate because of a few courts. Sports courts are still being constructed.
Faculty: Faculty members are PhD holders and M.Tech students, without proper knowledge (not all). They just came before the semester and mid-term exams. They complete the syllabus using PPTs in 2-3 days. The course curriculum is not very useful for industry, I think. Because I didn't take myself into the industry. Compared to other colleges, my college exams are easy to pass. The pass percentage is 90 to 95 percent, depending on subjects.

Review of RGUKT Srikakulam.
Placements: Currently, more than 20% are students have been placed and are still going on. The highest package is 19 LPA, the least is 3 LPA, and the average is around 4-8 LPA. Infosys and Gridlex are the top recruiters for our course. Many students got internships, around 50%. Those companies like Gridlex, Imageinnovative, etc. Software engineer, SDE roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi connection in classrooms and the library. Free laptops are provided for every student. Facilities in our university are good, food is good, sports and games are also taken care of. We have an overall development on our campus. Medical facilities are okay.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, and they teach well. We understand most of the topics, but it's not that much industry-oriented, so we have to put effort into other skills to learn. Subjects and grades don't matter these days, and the overall pass percentage is above 90%.
Other: Computer science is trending with AI and all. It is easier than other branches. Anyone can learn. More industry-level things should be added to the curriculum. Tech fest and remaining events were also done in a good manner.

RGUKT is a great foundation for students who are desperately trying to build a great career.
Placements: Placements are good until before the coronavirus era. After that, it slightly lost its reputation. Now it's covering. Mini companies like Cognizant, Infosys, and Capgemini visit the college to hire students. If we maintain good skills and a GPA in engineering courses, then we will definitely get good placements. There are many opportunities for internships, which are helpful for future experiences in getting into jobs and for placements.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, and classrooms are also good. It provides Wi-Fi in the classrooms complex with high-speed. There are proficient labs till the 2nd year of engineering. For the 3rd year, there is a little bit of convenience, but it will recover as soon as possible.
Faculty: Faculty members are very respectful in our college. They are the biggest supporters and friends to us in every good aspect. Curriculum of our college is quite student-friendly. We are encouraged with education and all other extracurricular activities. Students don't care about exams because they prepare very well, as the faculty members are very supportive.
Other: My course is electronics and communication engineering. I chose this to gain practical knowledge about electronic circuits. Events are well organized, and we all enjoy a lot at our fest decently. Campus atmosphere is the best thing I would like to share. The purest form of nature is available free.

Review of RGUKT Srikakulam.
Placements: The placements are good at RGUKT Srikakulam in the CSE branch, with a maximum of 95% of seats occupied. RGUKT Srikakulam has decent placements; however, they do not provide any internships. We need to search for internships ourselves for hands-on experience, and that's it.
Infrastructure: During the 1st and 2nd years, RGUKT students are at Sivaji College because the RGUKT Srikakulam campus is under construction. When my 2nd year was completed, I went to RGUKT Nuzvid for my 3rd and 4th years, and RGUKT Nuzvid has good grounds for sports.
Faculty: Most of the teachers who come to teach are contract-based; there are no government lecturers. They complete the syllabus a week before the examination, without ensuring that the students understand the topics. They come in and just deliver the lessons, that's it

Our college will teach us what the life is other than education.
Placements: Around 35% of students are in electronics and communication engineering at our college. Package offerings can be varied from 1.5 LPA to 10 LPA. Top companies that recruit our students are Bajaj, Itel, Infosys, and Wipro but in a limited way. At least 50% of students got internships from our courses.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are neat and contain wooden desks with spongy chairs. They have mental boarding. It has a free Wi-Fi facility. It provides laptops. The lab is full of electronic devices and components. It explores our creativity and knowledge. The hostel makes feel us as if it is a home. There are very neat rooms. The quality of the food is a little bit low but fine when compared to other colleges. It provides good facilities for medical purposes and extracurricular activities like games. The management always support us.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and well-educated in IITs. They interact with students as well. Today is the world of electronics and this course will definitely help them to secure good jobs in the present days. Teachers make the concepts easy. Semester exams are somewhat easy if we put in some effort. It is enough to get 18 marks out of 60 marks in the semester exam.
Other: Today's industry is full of electronics and I love this subject as I could help in the administration as well. I would like to explore the semiconductor field. Cultural and technical fests are held to strengthen the skills. The campus has greenery and beautiful seats which gives relation.

Worth joining the campus. Good in all aspects.
Placements: CSE and ECE branch students have top priority when it comes to placements. The minimum LPA is 6 LPA or even more. 90% of students get placed every year. Top recruiting companies are Intel, Texas, Qualcomm, Wipro, Samsung, Siemens, and Tata Motors.
Infrastructure: In Srikakulam campus, up to now (2025), they have facilities up to B.Tech 2nd year. They are still under construction for 3rd and 4th-year students. Later, students will study in the Nuzvidu campus. But this construction will be done within a year. Coming to food, we have a mess and a canteen. Mess food is okay. The canteen is provided with minimal charges. Medical facilities, sports, and games are provided with good quality. A wide range of labs, classrooms, and a library are provided. A laptop is also provided.
Faculty:
All teachers here have Ph.D. qualifications. They are helpful and knowledgeable. This course makes students industry-ready. Semester exams in the college are conducted strictly. The pass percentage is 80 percent. This is worthwhile for all the hardworking students.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in the semiconductor industry. The best thing about this course is that ECE has a wide range of industries. Job opportunities and career growth are high. Apart from academics, events, fests, campus crowds, connectivity with anybody, surroundings, scholarship, and extracurricular activities are so good, providing great relief and enjoyment. Students whose parents are government workers are ineligible for scholarships. Other than that, every other student is provided with a scholarship.
