For candidates seeking admission through state-level exams, Rungta College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) accepts CGPET for engineering aspirants, Pre-MCA for those interested in computer applications, and CGPPT for Polytechnic courses. Candidates seeking admission to Rungta College of Engineering and Technology BTech are required to complete their class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects and score a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for reserved cateory). 

The candidates also need to appear for JEE Main/ CGPET and get a positive score.
