The MAT 2026 September session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is Sep 7, 2026, with the exam scheduled for Sep 13, 2026. For CBT mode, the last date to register is Sep 14, 2026, for the exam taking place on Sep 20, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.
- The XAT 2027 registrations for admission to the MBA/PGDM course will start on Jul 15, 2026.
- Counselling registration for TANCET 2026 for admission to MBA and MCA programs has been closed. The round 1 choice filling for the MCA program will begin on Jul 25, 2026, while for the MBA program it will begin on Jul 30, 2026.

The worst placement was provided to the students.
Placements: The package did not satisfy the requirements of the students, as the minimum package is to be around 3 to 4 Lacs per annum, but most students did not cross 2 LPA. Companies are not very top class they are just a third tier companies. About 55% of students got the internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs, and classes are well maintained and well organised. The library is full of knowledge, full of books, and computers with 24-hour available Wi-Fi. The quality of food is very good, and the food taste is also good, but there are no sports facilities provided to the students, and sometimes students use to play on the ground to play.
Faculty: The curriculum and teachers are also very good and very respectful. The quality of teaching is also very good, they are very supportive of the students. The course curriculum is relevant and ready. Semesters of college are not very tough and not very easy; they are easy to tackle with daily study.
Other: I chose this course because I loved to study about business and startup ideas.

It provided good placement in 2015 with good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The highest salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 17,000 per month. I did an internship in Oxo Garments in Tirupur. I am strong in the finance side, so I am expecting for a finance job.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The college provides good facilities in our departments like Wi-Fi, labs, classroom and a good library. Hostel rooms are good, but the quality of the food is not served. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games are also good.
Faculty: Teaching faculty members very helpful and knowledgeable. They teach theoretical and practical knowledge, and some times they conduct activities, which are good to understand the concept easily. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I want to start my own business. I think this course is better. The college should improve our course by adding practical and activities which will be best and helpful for our future.

It is the best MBA college in Coimbatore.
Placements: RVS IMSR provides 100% placements, and students from this college got placed in top companies. It is one of the best MBA colleges in Coimbatore. The highest salary offered is Rs. 60,000 per month, while the lowest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. This college provides placement training for 3 semesters, and students get selected in business development executive, finance analyst, etc., roles. Many companies, like Muthoot Finance, Extramarks, Personiv, etc., visit our college for placements. All students got internships in various marketing companies.
Infrastructure: RVS IMSR offers many facilities for students, and there are 2 labs. The library has 10,000 books, and there are smart classrooms. This college provides a digital era and also provides most of the subjects for practical. There is a hostel which provides good quality food. The medical facility is also available in our college, and sports ground is also very well maintained.
Faculty: Teachers here are very experienced and very knowledgeable. They explain doubts clearly if we ask them at any time. They have industry working experience, and their teaching quality is very best. Subjects of the syllabus are related to the industry. This syllabus is easily understandable.
Other: MBA is the most valuable course and has much scope. So I chose this course. RVS IMSR conducts many events, Onam celebration, Pongal celebration, inter-college competitions, etc. About 210 students are studying at this campus.

Turning point of life in RVS IMSR 2017-2019.
Placements: Placement is good enough to provide jobs for all the students but don't expect MNC and corporate companies. It depends on your effort and capability. Internship companies are also good but don't expect too much. Ask your previous batch before you join as an intern.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are superb and we have Wi-Fi facilities in hostel and college campus. Labs facilities were awesome, more than 200 plus systems are available and students can use the lab after college hours too. GD room is available for the students to engage and develop their communication.
Faculty: Faculty are very friendly and they are experts in what they teaching to us. Faculty members share their personal experience and their knowledge in their field to the students. The course curriculum is designed for the new era. College is offering Digital Marketing and Logistics and Business Analytics. These courses you can't find in other colleges with these fees.

Review of RVS Institute of Management Studies and Research.
Placements: Talking about the placement, in the case of placement and job opportunities, the college was very good. They maintained a placement cell through which they contact good corporates and invite them for college recruitment. A lot of good companies came for college campus, and companies had their own selection process. But the process goes smoothly in our college. Their was various types of companies coming from different sectors and offering much work of corperate, less marketing, and the top recruiters were HDFC, Tata, Jio Finance, SBI, Phone Pay, Paytm, etc. The highest package offering was 20 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels provided proper electricity, water supply, and great hygiene. Room sharing includes 3 members. It helped in maintaining a cordial and friendly atmosphere. Mess food was also of good quality. Hygiene was prioritised as an important factor, which was also good.
Faculty: Faculty members were very good, knowledgeable, and understanding. They guided you whenever you required. They had experience in the corporate world, also. They were experts in their subjects. They made us aware of the outside environment, also. They provided us with practical scenarios in order to explain any topic. The exam structure was good. It consisted of internal and external examination. Internal examination consisted of some tests, presentations, and attendance marks. Main examination, i.e., external examination, was for 3 hours and 60 marks. Level of the exam was moderate. Everybody was able to pass the exam and score well. In my opinion, I determined this course in which we can gain more knowledge about the different sector which they have more specialisation in MBA. In an MBA, they conduct separate events that allow each student to execute their ideas. Management is the heart of the firm.
