Good college to prepare for competitive exams and to get a government job.
Placements: 30% of the students got placed .Salary starts from 1.5 LPA and it can go up after gaining experience . Everyone must complete an internship in a factory and we have 200 marks for it. Chief chemist, lab chemist, quality control and other relevant roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Labs, libraries, and classrooms are also good. Hostels are affordable . Food quality is average . Few sports activities are there due to unavailability of ground. There are no games in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are good. They are helpful, qualified but not very knowledgeable. Yes it gives vast opportunities in most of the industries like sugar industry, food industry, distillery, boiler and other relevant factories. 40% is required to pass the semester and exams are moderate..

It's a very good college, having good faculty members, good infrastructure and placement.
Placements: The college has an intake of 30 students per year with fees of atleast ten thousand rupees per year. After the completion of course students have to attend the campus interview, here they get the job offers from sugar industry, alcohol industry and other food related industries. Students that pass from this college are also eligible for pursuing master degree in sugar technology, alcohol technology, wine brewing technology and food technology etc.
Infrastructure: College is having a well furnished building with well-equipped laboratories, library, and Wi-Fi facility. College has 3 departments which are are sugar technology, alcohol technology and Chemistry. All departments have separate laboratory. Hostel is having good facilities like continuous power supply, water supply, well furnished room with a bed, study table and chairs also.
Faculty: Teacher's are having good teaching quality and are well versed about the course and it’s subjects. They are qualified from best universities of Karnataka. This course makes all the students to get ready regarding factories which are located entire the country. Semester exams are not so difficult as compared to normal degree courses. Passing percentage criteria is 40% for each subject.
Other: I chose this course because of 100% job placement. This college is well linked with all sugar and alcohol industries which are located all over the nation. College organises competitions like Debate competitions, Science model making, sports, drawing competition, essay competition etc. Other festivals are traditional day, black and white day, mismatch day, twins day, formal day etc. College campus is surrounded with trees.

One of best college to take up job opportunities.
Placements: Our college offers a course called Sugar Science and technology in Bachelors. It's the only college that offers good placement with an amazing package. Usually, 100% of students of this college are placed well (despite marks obtained) even some of the failed students got their jobs. The highest package offered is MFG chemist in sugar factories and a lab chemist in Distilleries. The lowest package offered is Rs 2 lakh per annum. Every sugar factory in Karnataka is available for job opportunities. We have been provided with the opportunity to study higher education of a master's in alcohol technology, a Master's in brewing, master in food technology. Etc.
Infrastructure: The college has well organized infrastructure has high-end lab equipment that provides Wi-Fi in the college. The hostel is located on the same campus. The hostel provides good amenities such as Beds, hot-cold water, and water facilities for 24/7, while rooms are not that crowded. This college has its own A/c equipped auditorium and every subject has its own labs.
Faculty: Teachers are well experienced are highly educated. They teach really well and their teaching quality is so good. The course is curriculum relevant and it makes students industry ready. The college exams are not that difficult, teachers teach really well. The passing percentage of college is 93%.
Other: I choose this course after completing my +1 and +2 years in Science. I find this course an interesting one and the best part of this course is job opportunities. I wish our college takes more students because only 30 seats are available, and per year scholarships are provided.
