Compared to other colleges, SPJIMR has a different admissions procedure in a few areas. First off, SPJIMR takes into account variables other than merely academic performance, emphasising cultural fit and objective alignment with the institute's ideals. Second, while XAT is no longer allowed, SPJIMR shortlists applicants based on their profiles and results on admission tests like the CAT or GMAT. Furthermore, SPJIMR highlights the significance of the candidate's whole profile and personality, placing emphasis on factors such as academic standing, test results upon admission, relevance of work experience, written assessments, and interview performance. Additionally, the institute supports social projects and cultivates a helpful and cooperative learning environment for students.
