There is a psychometric test followed by an essay writing. Further, there are 2 rounds of group interviews, of which the first one is an elimination round.

For work experience, we don't have any specific cutoff in terms of a number of months and we do have a number of freshers studying with us. A decent profile is what SPJIMR looks for in a candidate.
