The level of mathematics used for CAT isn't that high. The logical thinking is what is mainly targeted and hence you should be much worried about that.

So SPJIMR just doesn't look at the scores but also your profile on the non academics as well. If you get a good CAT/XAT/GMAT score with a good form, you should be able to get through

Can I get SPJIMR? I have scored in class 10th: 61%, 12th: 65%, graduation: 63% and CAT: 90 percentile.

You can apply with your scores. You would be required to perform well in the PI to be selected for the course. As the selection is based on scores and PI both.

Work experience is not mandatory. The average work experience of the batch varies every year so a comparison would not make for a good understanding.
