The Elite Dempo College Of Goa.
Placements: The cutoff for admission is somewhere around 75%, though depending upon the number of students appearing for admission, it might fluctuate. Also, the college is very good at internships and projects, and teachers encourage you to learn special skills that help in recruitment into great companies .
Infrastructure: Dempo college has one of the best infrastructures in Goa, especially when it comes to a trustee college and not a private college It is beautiful, the location is full of greenery, and you might see a lot of peacocks dancing around, like in rainy season, just outside your classroom so that could be distracting, of course.
The library is beautiful and very spacious, both in the canteen and in the computer lab. The classes are very spacious with projectors whiteboards and blackboards

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, as well as their many young teachers who are young enough to work with us and help us with counseling. The exams are difficult if you are not attentive in the class because they're more logical-based questions than just normal theory.
Other: Dempo College has this amazing K-O-S concert or a party every year organized, and this is the best concert party organized by our college and all the colleges from both North Goa and South Goa crowd here .

Decent college,overhyped fees, mediocre faculty and bad placements, really good infrasture though.
Placements: The placements were really disappointing for our batch. Average package was companies paying 15,000 per month. Not sure about the lowest package but it must have been 10,000 per month. Most of these jobs were related to sales and customer service and not related to our specialisation. Very few (below 5) jobs were actually good like marketing and finance related and the highest package was 33,000 per month but they didn't select anyone from our college for that. Out of all the students who SAT for placements only half of the students were placed, either because they weren't selected or because we rejected the job offers due to low pay and it being sales job.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of the college is decent, with it being recently renovated and having good classrooms, canteens, washrooms, campus areas, proper parking facility, auditorium, sports room, library, a gym, etc. Everything is cleaned daily and is well maintained. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi would regularly stop working or have slow speed, the projectors in class wouldn't function smoothly, and the classrooms have huge windows but no curtains were put up, so during the afternoon it would get hot because of sunlight directly hitting in.
Faculty: I have mixed feelings about this. The curriculum was well designed by Goa University, with regular exams, assignment assessment and an internship at the end of every year, but some of the facilities in the BBA department were not able to do justice to their job; they weren't good at teaching, would give irrelevant assignments, wouldn't finish the syllabus on time and at times would even cut down on the exam syllabus because it wasn't complete. The semester-end exams were decent, with good questions and application-based questions with lots of case studies and open-ended questions.
Other: I chose BBA because I always wanted to get into business studies and had a keen interest in marketing, finance and management in general and the BBA course would let me study all of that. The BBA course is not just theoretical studying but also includes a lot of practical learning as well, which is really interesting. Like I mentioned earlier, I wish the faculty members who were teaching us were better at their jobs and would actually be interested in teaching us rather than making it look like a time pass. The BBA department of our college has only a few permanent teachers and the rest are all lecturers, so they keep changing every semester. Maybe this is one of the reasons why the quality of the teaching faculty isn't good. I started college in the year 2020, when the COVID virus had started, so unfortunately, my 1st year of college and half of my 2nd year were completely online, and we missed out on all the events, college fests and extracurricular activities. However, during the 3rd year of college, we got a chance to experience all of this and it was super fun, insightful and a great learning experience. We had various management events, industry visits, cultural events and even a yearly college fest.

The college is awesome, join it soon.
Placements: The seats in our college are 100 and the sections are divided into 2- A & B 50/50 each class. The placement is done from the college and even the reputed companies are coming to hire the students. Roles are available in the field of marketing, human resources and finance.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and the college is surrounded by greenery all around with a security guard. There is parking facility and the cleaning staff cleans the college daily. Even the canteen is fabulous and a good place to have fun. Medical facilities are also given.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful in nature and have good sense of teaching skills. We are learning a lot from the teachers who come from different backgrounds and they are friendly in nature. There are a lot of events happening in the college.
Other: There is an event in our college named as K-OSS as extracurricular. There are lots of events and competitions and from all over the Goa, colleges take part in this event.

Review of S. S. Dempo College of Commerce & Economics.
Placements: I am still undergraduate and learning. I am always motivated to participate in various activities and helped by our seniors and mentors. Industry talks from experts are conducted. Leadership qualities and stress management skills of the students are always checked by the staff members.
Infrastructure: There is a huge infrastructure, and the Wi-Fi facility is available 24x7 for both students and staff members. There are more than 4 computer labs which are highly air-conditioned. There are huge classrooms with smart board, and there is a library with an air-conditioning system. There is a stage for events. Our college also has an indoor gym with air-conditioners, and it has medical facilities and canteen. Our college provides laptops for students.
Faculty: Teachers here are very open-minded and are always ready to help. They are highly qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is relevant, and industry visits are conducted regularly for students. There are fun weeks for B.Com students. Freshers party is celebrated for BBA students. There is no ragging or harassment.
Other: Our college organises one of the hugest events in Goa and also one of the best sports. Our college has the best academic results.

Infrastructure: Bba was already course . Its had great faculties and proffesors no issue with the conduction of exams and great support.. proper guidance of students and provided with. Great opportunity. Good labs and conference rooms . Injoyed my time there had fun learning
Faculty: Gr3at teachers .the curriculum was relevant and provided practicle knowledge about the cource. Internships gave a good start towards the carrier and giving useful knowledge that can be implemented in real life. Exam difficulty was good enough to train students for the future

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in companies with good salary packages. Top recruiting companies are Tata, etc. Almost 30% of students got internships in top companies. Top roles offered are sales executive, manager, and salesman.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities like Wi-Fi connection with high speed, classrooms, library, etc. Classrooms are well cleaned. The library contains many beneficial books related to subjects.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers easily taught us the concepts. Semester exams are easy. Almost 50% of students pass the exams.
Other: Scholarship facility is available in our college.
