Shangrila College is so small. The teaching and placements are excellent.

Placements: The lowest salary is Rs. 34,000 per month. The highest package starts from 1 lakh per month. We all are in now internship training. We get internships in Dubai, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Everyone got internships mostly in Bangalore. Me and my friends 8 members are in Marriott Property. 20 members are in the Novotel Sipcot, Chennai.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good and neat. There are labs for every subject separately. We don't have a library. The hostel is not good, and there are many mosquitoes. Rooms are also not clean.

Faculty: Teaching quality is best in our college. Every teacher explains clearly. There is no doubt about teaching at the Shangrila Institute of Hotel Management and Aviation. If we attend the classes and clearly listen, then we can write in our own words. Students should just listen to classes. I am doing a diploma in a hotel management course and it is for 6 months of college and 6 months internship.

Other: I am fascinated by food and beverages, so I chose this course. Every event is celebrated in our college. Scholarships are provided only for a degree.
