I want ask that for admission in M.Sc. Mathematics. Vanish college Rohtak or baba mastnath university which one is better?

The fees in Vanish college is 21000 (approximately) with an aggregate of 50% in graduation whereas in Baba mastnath college the fees is 70000. The admission at the latter college is merit based.
