It's a moderate college, and you have to study on your own to get placed.

Placements: There were less placements from the college, and the college claimed that approximately 4000 students were placed from starting, but this was not true. Only 5 or 6 students got placed in the college. Top companies like TCS and Infosys offered packages of 4 LPA to 5 LPA, and the role was IT calling.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi was not provided by the facility all the time, and computers were old, running below Windows 7. This created many issues on the spot. Teachers were good and supportive. The library was very bad, and no one could get books from there. It only took extra charges. There were no hostel facilities, and the food was average.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, and HOD Bora sir was one of the best teachers at the college. The exams were difficult, with coding questions in the exam, and the pass percentage was above 90%. You could not depend on teachers to be industry-ready; you had to do it by yourself.

Other: Events were held every year, and big motivators came to the college to support students. The important thing about the college was that it did not force students to study. They were encouraged to change things. Most students spent their time playing on the ground.

SIMT is good college to choose because of its teachers, they will support you until you get a job.

Placements: Barely 10% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is around 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Paytm and Wipro come to our college. There are no internships from the college campus but they can try off-campus. Top roles offered in our course are web developer, data scientist, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities are available like Wi-Fi facility, air-conditioning computer labs, nice classrooms, and libraries full of books. There is no facility in hostel but quality of food in our canteen is pretty average. Every year they organise sports week and annual functions.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and cooperative towards students. They are very helpful regarding studies and curriculum activities. The teaching quality is good. They are well-qualified and some of them are Ph.D. holders. This course curriculum makes students industry-ready because of teachers' support. Semester exams are not so difficult and passing percentage is 33% for each subject. They also provide back exams.

Other: I chose this college because there is only one college in Kashipur with computer science and I am interested in it. On-campus placements really need improvement. They provide scholarships for top 3 rankers, like 4000, 3000, and 1000.

Other: My college is located in Greater Noida, UP. SRIMT was a good collage in Greater Noida, as fee was affordable and structure was good too, and some of the faculty was good as well. Thing that is not good is the Internal environment of college. Every faculty member is busy in their own work. Nobody cares about student’s future accept few of them. There is no placement cell, no training session and all. But as a student of Sriram, I have learned a lot of things from them and happy to be part of Sriram family just because of the group of my friend of few faculty members. And now Sriram has closed due to no new admission and no admission cell in collage. I wish it will start again and provide meaningful education and leaning to students.

About the Shriram Institute Of Management & Technology.

Placements: Placement are less as compared to many colleges. The Top recruiting companies are BYJU'S, TCS, WIPRO, MONEY TREE, BHEL etc. The placements are very low as some specific students are placed according to their knowledge and skills. If you have good knowledge and skills, you can get placement.

Infrastructure: There is not any hostel for students. The Wi-Fi se available in both undergraduate and postgraduate buildings. The labs are also available in both buildings. The quality of food available in college canteen is also very fresh and good. The sports equipment are also available for students.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very helpful, understandable, knowledgeable. All the faculty is very well behaviour. The course curriculum is very relevant for all the students. The semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage is 50% for all the courses.

Other: I choose this course because I am from commerce background and the college surrounding area are also natural. The best thing about this course is, it teach the subject at specialisation and upper level. The many events are done in the college.

Dissatisfy because of poor placements and faculty Moderate infrastructure and good greenery.

Placements: So first of all the placement is our college specially in BBA department is quite poor and college does? T provides internship as well. Very limited or no placement is done from BBA department, teacher staff is also not supportive only 1-2 teachers are supportive in nature.

Infrastructure: Next is about infrastructure, the infrastructure of SIMT college is moderate as compared to the other colleges of Kashipur, greenery is quite good only 1-2 classroom have AC others not, library does not have much books only syllabus books are available, canteen food is so poor ( too much refined which creates headache) Wi-Fi is just moderate only.

Faculty: Faculty, curriculum and exams pattern is not quite good the faculty in SIMT college is not much supportive, does? T have good knowledge about their subject Exam pattern is also not clearly define, exam questions are so lengthy that you can? T even complete your question paper in 3 hours .

Other: The best thing about this college are only my friends, they are the only reason why I go to college. I choose BBA because I have huge interest in business, I wanna start business later so to gather information or knowledge like how to attract customer, importance of brand name, why consumer satisfaction is important, how you can boost your sales and many more ! I think the teacher must have proper and abundant knowledge about their subject in order to increase the student interest. Events, fest, extracurricular activities are not much happen in this college !

SIMT Kashipur offers a pleasant lush green campus & a friendly environment for better studies.

Placements: Got a great help on getting good placement form college. All the department of the college are supportive & ready to help always. Campus provides 100% job assistance in every course. There are too may students who are working on the higher packages on top notch companies of India & Abroad. Students are sent into nearby companies & Delhi NCR for their internship.

Infrastructure: Everything is great in SIMT Campus. One can get nice classrooms with Wi-Fi lab facilities, two HIFI well-equipped library are always filled with required books. SIMT campus have 2 separate computer labs for different departments. Campus also offers Wi-Fi facilities at entire area of Institute.

Faculty: All the faculty members are helpful & supportive in all the way. The teaching quality is up to mark, course curriculum is up to date and revised on time to time. Entire course curriculum is industry ready. The semester exams are not too difficult as all the students gets relevant subject notes.

Other: The course is job oriented. Extra curricular activities & co- calicular activities managed by college on time.
