The counselling is conducted by the Centralized Counseling Committee, chaired by the Director of Medical Education & Research (DMER), HP, with the Controller of Examinations, AMRU, as Member Secretary. The online allotment of seats is based on merit-cum-choice/preference of colleges and category/quota. Candidates must fill and submit the online application form, upload required documents, and fill their choices of colleges and quota. After the 1st round, candidates can download their provisional allotment letter and must report to the allotted college with original documents and a printout of the application form and allotment letter.
