So, it is the best college.
Placements: In my college, many students get placements when they took course like BAF, BBI, and many more. Here you can experience a lot of things as well. Here, you will get some workshops that our college conducts for the students to participate in.
Infrastructure: In my college, they also provide good infrastructure and facilities like library where anyone can go and just study. In my college, there is a canteen facility where you can go and just hangout with your friends so it is the great place for joy.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and they will not only just teach you but also connect the study with practical exposure. They are well-mannered with their professionalism and have a good knowledge about the business where you will get to know more things.
Other: In my college, they not only provide you best teaching facilities but also provide you with many extracurricular activities. Many person can also get admission to my college who wish to make their careers in sports.

Good teaching, the worst management.
Placements: I am pursuing a bachelor of arts from CHM College. Here, as I am from the arts department, the security of placement is very uncertain. The more the college does is to provide a degree to the students. However, certain programs or institutions collaborate and are contacted by the students for placement. But the placement ratio honesty is lower.
Infrastructure: There are two major buildings for top courses, one is the main building, which has good classrooms, smart classrooms, which are the only two. Other classrooms are okay, with good infrastructure, enough space, and each floor has about 20 rooms. Another building is an extension of the old building. As compared to a new building, this building's infrastructure is slightly lacking. But nothing to complain about, it's fine and good to go. The canteen is rated 7 out of 10. The contractors change every year, so lots of infrastructural changes happen every now and then. Wi-Fi and other amenities are not provided to the students. 2 libraries are available.
Faculty: To be very honest, the teachers of arts department are very qualified and very good at teaching. There are no complaints about teaching, but the management and clerical staff are the worst part of this college. Management lacks a lot. Students are just another thing for them. NEP is implemented. Exams are kind of tough, and checking is also strict here.
Other: I am pursuing a B.A. course, and I have to admit that this college is good for arts students, teaching-wise, but management-wise, it kind of lacks. Campus life is good. As this is a Sindhi minority college, it has standards, lots of students from well-off families. Events and competitions keep happening. Especially, Chandi utsav is famous here.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, comfortable infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: A large number of students enroll in this course every year. Around 70–80% of students get internships through this course. Top roles include accounting, finance, banking, etc. Altogether, it's a good course to pursue. If considered, you can earn well.
Infrastructure: There are classrooms, a library, Wi-Fi, etc., but there is no hostel facility. There is a canteen, and the food is good and tasty. Other facilities like medical and games are also provided. For medical needs, there is a medical room, and for sports, there is a gymkhana.
Faculty: Faculty and teaching are very good. They make sure every student understands what they are teaching. The semesters are also quite tough and challenging. The passing marks are 35%. The course is easy to understand, and you can score well if you study well.

This is best college in Thane, and I like to inform that there are lots of companies for placement.
Placements: 75% of students are placed in my course, with 7.5 LPA as the highest and 3.6 LPA as the lowest. Accenture, TCS, Wipro, etc., offer jobs. There are lots of companies offering jobs in my college. This is the biggest college in Thane city, with the top 10 best teachers and job opportunities in this college.
Infrastructure: In this college, everything is available, like Wi-Fi, labs, water facility, library, cleaning, and everything students need. In this college, there is a canteen with hygiene, and all types of food are available. This is an awesome college for both.
Faculty: In this college, the teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is very good. The semester exams are difficult, but the teachers are very good at clearing all doubts. The passing percentage is 40%, and it's easy to pass with the help of the exam patterns. It's a good college.
Other: My college is very good for students. In this college, students get accurate knowledge, and there are very good teachers available to help. They are all kind and humble.

Dissatisfied with placement.
Placements: In CHM college, placement opportunities are provided but very limited, and there are so many who are placed at the lowest that I know. B.Com graduates, it may be 3 to 4 LPA as the highest, and graduation in B.Com feels very low, around 5 to 6k per year. There are all the courses available.
Infrastructure: All the infrastructure is well and good, and Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries are top-notch good. There is no hostel available. The next one, the canteen, is so good. The masala dosa is top-rated and good. Sports are also available, both indoor and outdoor.
Faculty: Teachers are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers are 5/5. The course curriculum is good, and industrial visits are good. Last time, they offered a visit to the Gujarat industry. Semester exams are moderate, not very high in my time. Passing in B.Com requires a minimum of 40 marks in each subject.
Other: Because they are providing a very low budget.

My college life and experience.
Placements: The total number of students in our course was around 200-250. The highest package that I remember being offered was around 5.5 Lacs, and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs. The top roles that one can get offered are as an accounts executive or an accounts department manager at a firm, as one gains sound knowledge in this area.
Infrastructure: The facilities available in our college were very poor while I was studying there. After I left, they actually painted and restructured the college. There was no Wi-Fi, and the classrooms were furnished after we left the college. We had good food outside the college campus.
Faculty: The teachers were really helpful in solving queries, as they assisted me with many doubts during my college life, making it easier to understand things. Accounts and tax were particularly difficult for me, but they made it a cakewalk. The exams were very competitive, and I had friends with whom I would compete regarding results.
Other: The best thing about my course was that I was able to maintain my classes while pursuing CA, and I am still in the process of becoming a CA in the near future. The accounts course really helped me with this.
