Sophia Homeopathic Medical College and Research Institute offers one UG programme, namely the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). The programme is offered in affiliation with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur. BHMS is offered for the duration of 5.5 years with 1-year mandatory internship.
