How to choose the exam centre for NEET 2023?

Candidates will have to select the exam centre while filling the NEET application form 2023. Out of the total number of exam cities, they have to select four exam cities in decreasing order of their preference and priority. Selecting the feasible NEET exam centre 2023 is crucial in order to avoid any delay in reaching the centre. While selecting the exam centre city, candidates should keep in mind the distance, availability of modes of transport and last but not the least, familiarity with the route to the centre.

Hence, candidates need to choose the exam city which is closest to their residence. Travelling on the day of the examination can be a hectic task and may cause panic/ anxiety deterring the performance. NTA designates the NEET exam centre on the basis of preferences filled by the candidates according to the availability of seats at the corresponding exam centre. The exam centres of NEET 2023 will be allotted keeping in mind the preferences chosen by the candidate such as the language and the centre date so that candidates can have assistance in their regional language. According to the NTA policies and guidelines, the centre allotted to the candidates can not be changed thereafter.

JEE and NEET are both held on an annual basis, and with limited seats, passing these exams becomes more difficult for students. Furthermore, the number of seats in medical colleges is much lower than in engineering colleges. Due to the lesser number of seats available in medical colleges and the high level of competition in NEET getting into a good medical college is challenging. As for difficulty level, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is slightly tougher than Joint Entrance Examination-Mains but easier than Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced, but that is subjective, as seats are comparatively limited in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, making it more competitive. Least Difficult: JEE Mains. Difficult: NEET. Most Difficulty: JEE Advanced. I hope this will help you.
