{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Is it worth pursuing BE/BTech at Srinivasa Institute of Engineering and Technology? Here's a summary of the key points:Pros:* Good Placement Record: 75% placement rate with packages ranging from INR2 LPA to INR12 LPA.* Top Recruiters: Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and Hexaware recruit students regularly.* Infrastructure: Good infrastructure, including modern classrooms, Wi-Fi-enabled labs, and a well-maintained library.* Friendly Faculty: Faculties are experienced, knowledgeable, and willing to help students.Cons:* Limited Facilities: Limited sports facilities and no extracurricular activities.* Older Curriculum: Course curriculum may be outdated, leading to difficulties in passing exams.* Placement Issues: Fewer placements compared to other colleges, and occasional instances of fake recruitment drives.Neutral Points:* Decent Pass Percentage: Pass percentage ranges from 60% to 100%.* Varied Salary Packages: Salary packages vary greatly depending on the company and position.Based on these points, it seems that while Srinivasa Institute of Engineering and Technology has its strengths (good placement record, decent infrastructure), it also faces challenges (limited facilities, outdated curriculum). Therefore, whether or not it's worth pursuing BE/BTech here depends on individual priorities and expectations. If you're looking for a college with strong industry connections and a relatively good placement record, Srinivasa Institute might be a good choice. However, if you prioritize extracurricular activities, state-of-the-art facilities, or a cutting-edge curriculum, you might want to consider other options. Ultimately, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons carefully and research thoroughly before making a decision.
