Yes, separate fees apply for hostel and mess services. Mess Fee is INR 1.19 lac for Indian students. For international students of Foreign National Category, mess fees are $1400.
Hostel Fees depend on the sharing type. The options include single sharing, twin sharing, triple sharing, and four sharing, with varying fees. A non-refundable hostel deposit of INR 20,000 is also required.
SIT Pune offers merit scholarship to semester toppers for UG and PG courses. The scholarship is offered to first four toppers in the order of their merit of every batch of every course in each semester.
The scholarship is offered as per below conditions:
- First topper gets 20%
- Second topper gets 15%
- Third topper gets 10%
- Fourth topper gets 5% rebate
Candidates are required to pay an application fee to register for a course at SIT Pune. The application fee for each SIT programme is INR 1,000. It is a non-refundable fee to be paid via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants applying for SITEEE have to pay an application fee of INR 2,250.
